imho, it has more to do with your local rep than anything. I've been with allstate for years and they never screw me on any mishaps. The local rep just handles them. Most know about me and my brothers mishap at norwalk a few years ago, it was the local rep that told me how to get my car covered even though the incident was at norwalk.

I've messed with vista a bit, didn't care for it so i'm sticking with XP for now. I may be tempted after the parts needed to run it are dirt cheap and I can try it out.

Kil-Kare is cheaper and allows both, though you have to babysit them to be sure the track is prepped decent and no, It is NOT Norwalk but if prepped can hook very well.

Kilkare is 1/4 mile though their shutdown is a shade shorter than what most are used to.
