I got it done last October by Dr. Kelley here in Columbus. I have astagmus, so with my eye condition and not wanting to cheap out I went to the best around and it ended up costing me 4500. I have no problems so far and it was well worth the money. My dad got it done about 4 years ago and his was only 1200, not sure who his doctor was but it was somewhere off of Polaris
I would recomend a GSR. You can find good condition ones for half the price of a WRX, parts are cheaper and more available, insurance is cheaper because its a NA 4 cyl, plus it has the Honda reliability factor
originally from Texas but was brought to Ohio in 03, no wrecks, clean title, owners 1-2 had it for 4.5 years, owner 3 was a dealer, and owner four took it over in 03 which I assume is you
You def. need to stretch more before and after you run, stretching is the key in helping you not tighten up. Instead of running twice a day every other day I would recomend running longer once a day every day and if you cant do that, do it every other day until you work up a tolerance. Whenever i would prepare for a race I would always run at least twice as much as what the race actually was to build up my endurance then ease back down as the race approached.
If your not one of those people who cant run too far another suggestion I got is go to your local high school with a timer and trying to run as many 2 minute laps as you can because a 2 minute lap pace is what your going to have to run to beat that time
