They are hydro roller. I was going off the lifter body (which is solid) I got it degreed in today. it was 6 degrees retarded. so using the "intake centerline" method, it was coming out 116* and should have been 110*

is the vacuum pump to pull out all of the air in the system?

for me, way off. I attempted the .050 of lift method. intake valve opens where the cam card says that it should. it closes early. the exhaust valve opens late and closes early. I've got a couple of other things to try tonight. I'm trying to get ahold of Crower to find out what the intake centerline is since they didn't print it on the cam card so that I can try that method. Its a brand new timing set, so I hope that its not bad. I did read that if the numbers are right, it could be because the cam is wrong.

I have one that I can email you. it installs as a printer. you would open your word document and tell it to print. then select the pdf printer and it will open a file name dialog. only issue i have with it is that you can't seem to cancel the dialog box, it comes back up and sometimes it opens in the background. post up your email and I will send it to you.

Jason, How badly rounded is the bolt? I have a set of wrenches that will work on bolts up to 70% rounded. I could stop by and let you try one.

I'm not sure what the going price is for the CC's as I bought mine new. The problem is finding one that hasn't been poorly modded or beat on, or has a bunch of crap body mods. I did know of one for sale that was heavily modded but it was in California. it was repo'ed and the new owner was asking 10K. 408 CI, fast system, rims, the works. I can find out if its still for sale if you want. (it is not smog legal by any means)

I have a sportster 4 unit. my antenna is just sitting on my dash and it rarely cuts out under bridges. depends on the time of day. I have a home kit at work and the antenna is just sitting in the window sill. it cuts out for about 15 minutes each day.
