I would take it to lowes and buy a 2x4 8' long and drive away like a boss.

I know but I was severely allergic to most of them. Its a sham. Then the allergist will tell you he can have you come in for shots ever week, oh and that costs $2000 for the year. Oh and by the way aren't guaranteed to work. Its a scam.

I went to an allergist and it was a sham. Literally I tested positive to 90% of what they tested for (I went 3 times). saying I was alergic to Chicken, milk. Stuff I know I am not allergic to. I discovered Nasonex for $115 a bottle. Works great. Heck I even live with a cat now.

This. Since I'm half deaf in one of my ears I can adjust the balance and get great audio.

Tried them. Honestly don't know any real truck those work on...they don't telescope high enough to clear the tailgate. Maybe the set I got was damaged but they just would not clear the tailgate on a full sized truck, I returned them.

Maybe I need to be more specific. I don't want to install another monitor. Whether with wires, light poles, electromagnetic induction, worry about changnig batteries. I don't want the look of an aftermarket mirror or ugly monitor on my dash. I just want a camera that I can somehow display on an android compatible unit/screen, since I already have one of those and it will be charged. Thanks for the input though.

I don't want to wire up a whole ordeal just for the few times I hook up to a trailer a couple of times a year Just hoping for a quick and dirty solution. I'll look at the GOPRO. Didn't wan to spend the money on the GOPRO3 but might be a good solution since I can use the gopro3 for other stuff.

I have been playing with the idea of making an either permanent mount or temporary mounted camera (with magnet or clip) that I could put on the rear of my truck when I back up to trailers. Unless I'm doing it all wrong the only way I know is have someone with you anytime you need to hook up to a trailer or get in an out of your truck 30 times. I know there are plenty of system that you can get aftermarket that have a separate screen or can even replace the rearview mirror and have a screen built in, but I don't want that. The only time I really need it is when I seldom hook up to a trailer. I was hoping to maybe find a small camera I can hook up with my nexus or android phone (if I ever get one) via bluetooth, just so I can line up the ball and hitch. any thoughts.

If I ever have a big engine repair on my civic, I may order a diesel from overseas and do a swap. Too bad honda's are reliable though. Although I would rock that audi, the only thing was it didn't have cruise control...wtf.

I had about the same fuel economy. Its funny everyone here talks about fuel independence yet the obvious answer is staring us in the face yet we refuse to look into it. I just don't get it. Yeah something I noticed was only about 1/3 of the subway stations were handicap accessible. It seems like a pain here because there is legislation forcing places to be handicap friendly, but I have seen the effects of not having it. I will never forget at one of the stations there was a lady with clear deformations/muscle issues crawling down the stairs using the hand rail while someone (potentially a stranger) helped with the wheel chair. You could just see on her face, that her pride was shattered.

Thanks everyone! Yup been out there now a total of 5 weeks in the last 4 months. This last trip was 3 weeks. Yeah after looking through at them I'm bummed out I didn't pick up on that. Ill fix before I print any of them. Sometimes I get so excited to take the shot, I don't check the level bubble on my tripod (obviously). Then when I get home and I straighten them I have to crop so much off the pic, it sucks. Posted up some more info on some of the pics, including 19 and 20 Some places were nice but I'll tell you what I am really happy with my lifestyle here. Specially london, I am not a fan of big cities. They are dirty, everything has a line, everthing is expensive, and you feel like you have to fight with everyone to get anything done. I'm not familiar with the forbidden romance reference?
