Yeah I have elements which does the correction as well, I just kind of like the effect. the exit data is posted with all the pics. The one of my car on the x was at 10mm on a crop sensor.

Went to spectate autox today which was held ad an old airfield. Did an inpromptu shoot with my buddy's new 370z and another friend tagged along with his new-to-him EVO. I think the pics turned our pretty decent. Unforunately (maybe?) after they left I found this sweet painted x at the end of the run way and lined up my ride for a quick photo op. Wow never thought about going through priceline for a rental car. For work I roll with National. With emerald isle just walk up and get what you want. A few weeks ago I rented from enterprise. We got a minivan to go to FL and it was like $200 cheaper with enterprise, plus they picked me up. Try and see if you can rent it for a week and a day instead of 8 days separate, the weekly rate is usually cheaper. Also check with your credit card company and your car insurance. You likely should not need to pay for additional insurance.

In the middle of one of the turns, probably due to xtreme G forces, one of my dust caps fell off (i heard it). If you look at the pictures from today you can see I found a cap at NAPA that was just a hair smaller, wrapped duct tape on it to seal it, and then taped it on. Kept me going the rest of the weekend without getting crud in my wheel bearing. C&C welcome.

First I'll post up the tail of the dragon trip. 3rd year in a row we go. Got 20 peeps from work, 2 cabins, and a heck of a time. This year I even decided to drive the truck trailer(2 rockets in the back) down the dragon. I must say at night it was easier because you can see headlights coming around a turn so you can take it wide. Also ran the dragon at night with the RX and the HID projector retrofits were...soooo worth it. 1. So went down to tail of the dragon last weekend. The cabin had parking under a huge tree. Well that damn thin sprinkled sap all over our cars (combined with a hard rain). Well I wanted to wash it asap but didn't get around to it till Thursday. I washed and dried it last night and left the quick detailer for tonight. Well looking closely at the pain there are what looks like the outlines of water spots. The detailer won't get them out. I even tried polish on a part of it and still won't come out. I tried goo gone too just for shits. I'm really bummed out and hoping my paint isn't destroyed. any tips?

Met my GF of 2.5 yrs on eharmony, but I still wouldn't recommend it. The test they give you is bogus and you have to be extremely lucky to actually get to talk to anyone. Since they are so expensive most people only pay for a month then realize no one else is paying and then you have a bunch of profiles on there but no one actually on there to talk. Before that I was on Match.com and it worked ok. Don't date girls that don't at least have 3 pictures. Also, unless you are 100% sure this girl is awesome, don't commit to a long date. Drinks/dinner on a week night seems to work well. That way if you aren't hitting it off you have the excuse of having to go to bed for work in the morning.

I was fortunate enough to just get back from Orlando. The main event was a wedding inside Disney World (friend of mine), but as you can see we checked out Universal Studios and the Kennedy Space Center The only real good picture I got inside the chapel. lol You should try to ride that trail. The gorpo doesn't show trying not to slam every rock oh and this was after 8 hrs of riding.

Mounting it to the vehicle would have made it waaaaay worse in terms of camera movement. :-/

I think like most of these laws accross the country it is likely going to lead (in some cases) to harassment. If a cop pulls you over for something and can't prove it he's going to slam you with a seatbelt violation. Which is fine, its not a moving violation. But something like texting and driving will definitely affect your insurance and will be harder to prove. I guess it would be interesting to read the law on if just typing in a contact to call is illegal? there is little difference in the action of doing it as well as the distraction to the driver. Also this might lead to an INCREASE in accidents (kind of like stop light cameras). You cannot stop people from doing something like this. They will keep doing it but instead of holding the phone up by the steering wheel where they can switch back and forth between the road and the phone they are going to keep their phone down by the shifter to keep from getting a ticket. I personally do not use my phone in the car unless its something important.
