  1. I am with Zack, sad, I used to play the games on PlayStation and he did seem pretty level and cool...Must have had some demons...Having two kids and wanting to end your life just doesn't compute to me.
  2. Try this first, most of the time it works.
  3. If she has and IEP, they are bound to those rules, by law...However having a wife of 8 years as a special education teacher I can tell you all about the deficiencies and flat out laziness work arounds other teachers use. If she does not have and IEP, the reg ed teachers who clock watch 7-3 peace out and don't much worry (generalization yes, but frankly fairly true). The problems with school systems are endless, the one direct variable you can control is parenting, and your assertion to help, it is the biggest influence you can have beyond getting into a "good" school. SO the house thing.... Marc's a good dude to goto for a loan if you get to that point, its all he has done for nearly a decade in one form or another. And you're a small business guy, support those on here who support you...well dont look around in this thread other then for Marc. Any new home prospects? Maybe get into a 85% what you want home, and build some equity and sell and find a forever* home in 3-5 years? Look at the long term ROI of the area your shopping, there are shitty spots in both Worthington and Westerville for value, and then there are spots which will retain and increase nicely.
  4. No no no, its white privilege, that's all. At-least that is what 74 year old white wealthy democrat's tell me. Check out auctions, if you want to try and find something on the cheap and labor it up in equity, its are grind to get a "score" but it can be done. Honestly to there are a few other ways to dodge PMI if you want. You could get a under valued home (assuming the market wont ka boom soon) and only put say 10% down, then fixer up a little, and re-fi to a home value that is 10% higher and boom drop PMI off, assuming rates hold constant, heck maybe even lower. PMI is a complete throw away of money, however people blow much more for much less. Get what you want. I know I am kicking around ideas over the next year of around a 100k remodel / expansion; as we absolutely love our location, lot lay out 2 acres Olenscrungy schools, neighbors are FBI and sheriffs, nice for security, home values rising VERY FAST ect ect how ever my family is growing and home is not growing with it, which it might need to. OR do I just go buy a lot and build...Things I think about are maximum re sale value for the homes in my direct selling area, in other words would putting 100k in to my home yield at least 90-95% ROI (greater then 100% would be swell, due to the demand for the area it is possible). Or would dumping 100k in get me 50k in the end as my home is over the market average by too much to "fit in" and be sold if it indeed needed to be down the line, soooo building would have been the better option for my balance sheet in the lower ROI/ over valued market home. Lots of factors. Not a lot of homes on the market right now. good luck
  5. Rivals has it listed at number one right now...Not to shabby.
  6. These are fucking idiots, really.
  7. Dontre is a waste, when did he make and impact? Samuel is solid, I am excited to watch him, he has good potential. Hubbard, above average, nothing exceptional. Marcus, mark him down as lets see, its a coin flip.
  8. His dad is giving bad advice then...Finishing his degree is not going to make him more "well rounded" its just adding likely unnecessary risk, and captaincy is well, again also irrelevant imo...I could be wrong. I dont know Vonn's draft projection, but if he is a 1st 2nd round projection his dad needs to realize the income and benefits that he can get now is the best well rounded option. His dad should help guide him through the financial bliss of big time money, OSU isnt going to teach him anything further at this point to give him a better projection. That communications major or what ever it is will yeild him a very small ROI in the long term, in fact I would venture there could be a negative ROI if he returns got a degree and a blown up ACL... Now if he improves his stock that might give him a higher ROI for returning and a nice piece of free paper, however with a defense of "rookies" next season I wouldn't hedge his stock improving a ton.
  9. The gulf in talent between OSU and MSU is clear, however they had a bad game and a perfect storm of circumstances to loose against them on the final play of the game...I think it could be pointed out that a simialr argument for Bama could have been said vs their ole miss slip up, however OSU just didnt get to the title game due to a freak play against scUM. OSU has the talent to play with bama, there is no question, however MSU did not, and now there is no question about that. Clemson and Bama look the best two teams though, I must admit, however 3 and 4 are likely playing at 1 pm est today... Go tigers.
  10. Your space is like a clone of mine. I did the tan floor and flake and liked it. I had two more courses of block showing so I went ahead and sealed all the block as well, made it look pretty nice. I did the same thing as you as well and dry walled and sanded the walls in my garage. I went with the high gloss white and used a respirator and paint sprayer (pre flooring so to not have any accidents) The high gloss white is awesome for light reflection and really turned out great, and I can clean any thing off the walls really easily as well. I hard wired two 12 foot LEDs and installed four can lights, plenty of light. As for storage on the wall we went the gladiator wall system, and cabinets. I really like it but it can be expensive for all the options and baskets and shelves ect. I bought a whole Sears out that was closing and got it cheap. I'll snap some pictures, but it's a nice customizable wall system, we have everything hung and it works out great. Looks cool, fun to nice good results
  11. Haha, just checked. So far, so good! Infidels.
  12. Glad Greg helped, he is a good guy.
  13. English = Merica' But back to Turkey... Seems Vlad is getting antsy via the AP's latest reports... Good to see him speaking out about our great peace keeper in chief for supplying weapons and resources to ISIS, and paying mercs' via channels in the middle east...Lol but here I thought those memes floating around pointed out Reagan was the only r-tard (republican=r duh) who would create the terrorists and supply them... Geeto - I guess I came across as too jingoistic, and maybe read into DJ's post in the wrong manner. Your points are clear, but I look it as more of a market freedom, setting equilibrium of trading, like the dollar. I guess maybe just knowing the market in the USA's language trading corridor is English is fair enough, it can get tugged and pulled on and we can see what happens. It would appear that we get press two for Spanish so far. Additionally we are no more the vikings essentially... so forth and so on, so blame the Europeans for our short comings...well then blame the people before them, and them and we should find our way to volcanic lava bacteria.
  14. Jesus H, you cant agree English is the official language of the United States? When did you fall off the wagon? This isn't even a topic to debate. Who give s a flying fuck how many languages are spoken in the US, we are founded and governed in ENGLISH, its official, and it is not a means of discrimination. To even asses it as discrimination is fucking dumb, really dumb, and just self loathing to and nth degree. I will admit I can see from the other side how you might be looked at differently if you cant speak the language, and yes you could be judged, tough shit, really. Allowing other languages is fine, that isn't the issue. Americans have been happy to empathize with their immigrants and refugees and aliens whose ever communication issues for a long time. Making accommodations to help them is fine. I have people that shop at my store whom I have learned Spanish for in order to help them get their orders in, however I ALSO help them learn English and they appreciate it greatly, its a mutual benefit, its not discrimination. Fuck me running back words though if we are so "evil" as to calling English the official language of the USA as a means of discrimination for those whom haven't been here long...come on man. What do you want the USA to for those "immigrants" just let them come over and govern, "yeah boys glad your here, guess what we are so nice tell you what, you get free money, housing, food, access to jobs, and you know what fuck it, what language do you speak, polish, great we do to now so you better fit in the us Americans" I guess I am more efficiency being discriminatory by following the Constitution of the USA, oh well.
  15. Sympathizer And really we are a nation of Europeans...
  16. Turkey was miffed that Russia was kicking ISIS's ass, so they are trying to play hard ball.. Whats even more interesting is the irony that people love to make note Reagon supplied Al Queada and now you have Obama supplying ISIS (funds and arms, indirectly and directly to "moderates"; moderates whom are now claiming this act)...Russia has been starting to grumble about this and I think the bear is angry.
  17. We are elite and have been elite. Jesus h, we are the defending undisputed champs...Lost one game by a field goal against a good opponent. Watch, scUM is going to get a much different OSU this weekend, and people will question what happened. (maybe i am overly optimistic). But you're right, the offensive coordinator beck/Warriner are certainly looking iffy. This offense will be fine next season as well. JT will be back, we will have wide outs, we will have samuel running the ball very well, watch. Next seasons team will be interesting, they will be a growing team, where as this team had already achieved everything, and MANY were looking at $$$ and lost their focus, cant blame them. Cook would not have made much difference last night either IMO, no one was going to throw the ball well.
  18. Its hard to believe our offense would play that bad. Oh well had to loose eventually.
  19. That is a good point to hyrda in a different manner in which I was referring. I will say as much as it seems people hate the idea of Iraq and loved Obama pulling troops, you must also wonder if our post-war support plans breed this more so then our direct actions. I think the post-war efforts (or lack there of) caused a lot of this ill, and could have been lessened potentially.
  20. The solutions must come within their own communities, yet their communities dont want solutions. Think "you can take the boy out of the ghetto but you cant take the ghetto of the boy". Europe is seeing this first hand, with their refugee crisis. They believe they can change these ideologies with modernization, and primary education, and luxuries. However the ill is so steep within these communities as estimated to be around 180 million that they stay ignorant and profess back to old ways. Here is a piece of video, yes it has and agenda. Get over it. There clearly is a multitude of issues, mainly I would argue as developing economies and clear autocratic governing bodies being the primary problems. DJ would like to point out it is education and public service possibly as being a fix, and he may be right. Or yet he may argue that we are crazy and this is not a Muslim issue and terror is just terror its all over, why pick on the Muslims. However with around 180 million of these "Islamic" radicals around, they have aligned themselves with a faith, and sadly they all get to join in a bad wrap, until they weed it out from with in there own ranks, I would like to see more clerics yelling "fuck these stupid fucking terrorists of Islam, they are not Islam and we will fight them" not "death to america...." It is most definable as a issue of poverty with regard to the middle east. More crimes happen in poverty then else where, yet with all the PHD's in the US we cant fix Chicago, let alone a complex eco system of a differing culture and way of life. The fix is to me, punishment to start, "pitiless" punishment, to those whom act and those whom support. This isn't hydra, two heads don't pop up from one. After the punishment, inflict strict sanctions and borders to evolve their communities from with in, DO NOT bring in outside influence as it is clear they do not want, they will only learn from those whom "defect" from radicalism, no blonde teaching western culture will work. Their governments need to find economic means beyond goat herding and in breeding. These are developing nations, they need jobs, they need purpose, and they need not their government to forget them, and the outside world will need to strategic plans to help with regard to this (honestly that part is beyond me, I am not a economist or sociologist). Finally its a 30 year battle, start at the youngest generation, like our wacky millennials now whom think college should be free. You can only affect change before the ill creeps in, why else do these terrorists train children... The only hope many of these radicals have is to take what was not created by them, by a "faith" of anything is better then this dust bowl where no one gives a shit about us. Oh this can all be true about the African terrorist, buddists, chechians, ect ect ect.
  21. Clemson, come on man. The ACC is a dumpster fire, I cant take them serious and Notre Dame is also over rated, how many times do we have to go over this. Bama is a solid team, not sure I would want to play them, it would be a coin flip. Baylor, meh MSU punked them last year, I dont think they are as good as that team. Oklahoma is intriguing, they seem to have it together, if they finish with out a loss and look impressive doing so they are in, IMO. Even though stoops is a dick lurch. Iowa...yeah they are good. Not top 8 good, just wait. Stanford, what were they thinking against NW? Look formidable now, I think they handle ND and then win out...might sneak in, playing some real sound football. OSU...Beat MSU by more then two scores, and win by 10 over scUM and I think they have a case to be right there....MSU and scUM are as solid teams as anyone Clemson will play and or beat. Its interesting thats for certain. I think like mentioned its about timing...Right now though I would put most my money on Bama as much as it pains me, they look impressive, even if they beat and over rated LSU.
