changed it last year around this time when I replaced the old fuel pump. Didn't do it this time though. It's a bitch on these

Fuel pump went out a few weeks ago, well, I'm pretty sure it was the pump. Replaced it, all was well for a couple of days. Sat idling in McDonalds drive thru for about 15 minutes one day and it was fine, when I pulled out I got stuck at a red light and the fucker dies. Couldn't get it to start so some guy pushed me into a parking lot with his Dodge lol. Sat there for 10 minutes and it finally started. Drove home fine without any problems(5 miles or so). It's been sitting since and I decided to mess with it a little bit today. Fired up and seems to be running good. Bot sure why but I decided to pull the breather off of it while it was running and noticed that one of the injectors is spraying pretty heavy at idle. The other one looks pretty normal. Uploading a video to youtube now so when it's done processing I'll post it here. Could it be slowly flooding itself and that's why it shuts off every now and then and doesn't start back up right away? I need mine done but no insurance owns me. My right tonsil has been swollen for about 8 months now lol

Got the new pump on yesterday and all has been well until a coupleof hours ago. Sitting at a light it just shuts off. got it to fire back up 10 minutes later after being pushed into a lot by a dodge lol

yea I lol when people say bears aren't in Ohio. Buddy of mine down around Logan had a good sized black bear in his yard last year and got a bunch of pics. There are also reports of them being around here(Somerset) when I was 12-13 and lived in West Virginia we used to have a bunch of beehives. Baby black bear(good sized but could tell it was young) came down from the mountains and knocked a few of them over before my little doggah chased it off. We caught up with it and my stepdad and his buddy fed it a couple sandwiches. The friend ended up play wrestling with the bear and trying to get him to chase him into the woods before a ranger could come and relocate it. Got the bear back into the mountains minutes before the ranger got there. Apparently the friend has done this before and he's crazy as fuck by the way.

I cleaned the spot on the frame really well when I changed it last time. edit-advance says it's not under warranty still. Gonna see what the guy across the street can get.

so where do I go to get one of these? Or can I order one through advance? I usually just get whatever is listed as cheapest:o

I have shitty hearing so I had the g/f listen while I turned the key over. It worked like twice out of five tries. But yeah, fires right up with a few drops of gas poured into the throttle body

Injectors are dry as can be. Fires when a little fuel is dumped into the throttle body. Pump only makes noise every now and then. shouldn't it make noise every time the key is turned on? Just put a fuel pump in this thing last summer. Pretty sure it's just passed the one year warranty but could be wrong.

I'm 3 miles from it. Wasn't much to see. Inside didn't look like a prison since it was a factory afterwards.

you were out by me. Well, I'm about 15 from the prison. They used to run a haunted prison there but stopped iirc. They had a big problem with vandals and have been pretty strict about old places like that around here.

2010 will be a rough year for internet pirates. They're going to start a hard crackdown soon.

Probably have to have them dipped somewhere to remove the finish. As for the nipples try http://www.buchananspokes.net/ or maybe have them powdercoated. Find out where a plating shop is in Columbus and they should be able to do both
