  15. no significant problems. you're gas mileage might be affected negatively, though. I wouldn't imagine by to much.
  16. still have that dresser? (the large one with rings on the top)
  17. I know that I have never met you in person but Im glad you are okay (thats the most important part). I hope everything with the insurance company goes well. Good luck and we're glad you are okay!
  18. Wookie, did you come to the Arby's on Sawmill Rd the other day? I thought it was you (from the pic you posted in the other thread) but I wasn't sure. Anyway, I'll say hey next time if it was you. Edit: Doh, Congrats on the house!
  19. Condo's are another decent idea. I own my condo down on the SE side of Columbus (South of Whitehall). You can find a place w/ a garage for around $30,000 in my association. 2 bedroom, you either have an attached garage or a garage that is covered, one bathroom. My unit is roughly 1000sq ft. pretty small but my wife and I love it. For the money its probably the best structurually sound place to own in Columbus. The area isn't the greatest, but 30,000 on any "real-estate." is a bargain, In my opinion. If you are considering buying a condo, mobile home, or a house make sure you get an inspection, it will save tons of money. I *use* to have aluminum wiring in this condo until the inspection, saved me $2000 for an electrician to come out and do it (The owner paid to have one come out).
  20. Im not available until after 9, 10 for sure. PM me your # and I'll call you when Im out of class if you want.
  21. Your hip flexor are the muscles to the left and right of your lower abs. Im pretty sure thats where, if you have one, a hernia pokes through. I've always done my "situps," crunches, on the floor. If you can keep yourself steady move both legs on top of each other to one side and do a crunch. When you do your set amount or can't do anymore move your legs to the other side. Ive found that rather than doing an actual situp a crunch, where you put your knees in the air and go about half-way up, hold for a second, then let yourself back down, works the best. Its more controlled and you are focusing more of your movement to your abs. These are just my own observations, everyone has diffrent ways of situps that are affective/effective for them. Edit: And obviously I am no professional in this area. If you wanna talk Roast Beef, I can talk all day.
  22. These guys from Australia claim to have 20 or so cars running on this stuff. Friggen nuts!
  23. I've been reading about this stuff all day. I would love to believe that it works, however, Im pretty skeptical. http://peswiki.com/index.php/Directory:Joe_Cells Thats just one website to look at. There are plenty more. That one has the most information I've seen in one page though. I was reading this one website that I had deemed "realiable," it turned out that the guy that had wrote the article believed we had gained knowledge from aliens in some treaty years ago. Crazy? yurt! I don't know how I missed this part... "For example, stage 4 is supposed to nullify gravity. There are people who claim to have approached this stage, with the car weight getting less and less." Brings new meaning to Stage kits .
  24. Before I say this I am in no way shape or form talking down to your father or you. I have the utmost respect for people you can do great things like this. Its because of Immigrants like your father that our country is a great one. Im interested to know how your Dad obtained his Visa? Was it for school purposes? It is a lot easier, through the system, to obtain a visa for school purposes than it is just saying you want a better way of life. Again, Im not saying your Dad "took the easy route" or anything of the sort. I am merely trying to compare ways to get a visa. The United States offers only, and I use the term loosely, 450,000 Green Cards a year. There where nearly 1 million illegal immigrants last year alone. Why try to fight something that is first of all invevitable? and second of all morally wrong? Isn't our country out to fight the "moral" wars? If so this is a great one to fight. NAFTA has nothing to do with immigrants, and you are right it does put a HUGE strain on economy. Again I ask you, why are moving our jobs outside the US? Why not take in these people who seek a better life? I still don't see how this is undermining the social fabric of the US. If anything it only helps the melting pot that is our country. The curtain that has been pulled over your eyes is a way of life that stands still. As an entire World, Nation, State, and Individual we need to be proactive, progressive, and open minded. We have had it pounded into our heads that this is way, the Good 'Ol Days, is the only way to live. I find it astonishing that as a country we think it can/will work. I digress, I have read the bill and there are certain things about it I like and others I dislike. One which will make a few people happier, I back-tax of 2000 dollars will be enforced. Two, realistically these people will not get their green cards for another 4-5 years, which is not an uncommon number for a lot of immigrants to recieve a green card. Last but not least, they have to be able to speak english, something that half the of the current US citizens cannot due properly (not saying that I am not one of them). You all think this is such a horrible crime, I don't understand why. They are seeking a better way of life, I wonder how many of us would be here , legally, if the US had closed its doors earlier in its years.
