  1. Addressing the original question... I have a Infinity basslink in my saturn SC2, i chose it because of price and compactness, and it outperforms all others in that respect. For a 10" sub, box, and class D amplifier, the cost is very reasonable. It also takes up about 14" x 7" of trunk floor space when mounted vertically, which is many times less than a 10" in a 1 cu/ft box. If youre looking for good SQ and want to conserve space, the basslink is definately for you. If youre looking for any sort of SPL, sacrifice more space (and more money) for more sound. One note... the sub performs best when rear-oriented, and mounted VERY snugly to the trunk floor. (Its also very lightweight, making the mounting critical.) Just my 0.02. Jeff
  2. How much is too much to spend on a new clutch and installation for a first gen vr-4? Is it worth letting someone else mess with my car? Ive got a lot of experience but hesitate on something that important and/or complex... Any tips would be appreciated!
  3. Yeah, Ive been trying harder dumps... but i feel so bad about being mean to such a good looking car! oh and you didnt hear it from me but the car scale at COSI has been fixed and is accurate +- 10lbs now...
  4. I just got my first 'sports' car (not that a saturn isnt sporty... lol) In the form of a 1992 VR-4... i've seen a lot of different numbers out there as to how it performs, and i'm trying to use a blitz powermeter to get an idea of how it drives... my question is what do other first gen vr-4 owners see with light mods (turboxs bov at 14.5 lbs and borla pipes and mufflers) and whats a good way to gague how im driving it? im completely new to the world of turbochargers so go easy please jeff
