Thanks, and tell Kelly thanks for faxing the torque conversion to M&M for me.Originally posted by rl:GTAW was originaly developed for welding magnesium. smile.gif
I might have some, I'll check at the shop tonight.

Only the shavings and dust from magnesium are flammable, solid pieces won't ignite.
It's a great material to make parts with, the alloy used in most racing parts is stronger than aluminum and about the same weight. Too bad it's a little brittle:(

Found a 3" crack in my bellhousing. It's not vintage, only about 4 years old.

M&M Head Service in Delaware. (740)369-6442
Price will depend on if the heads are bare or need disassembled.

Who cares about the roost, I'll be ruling the streets.Originally posted by ZYUL8TR:The ZO6's will rule the roost.

Just pull 3 or 4 plug wires off, it will sound about the same and run just as well as a rotary.Originally posted by Dr. Z06:Hmm, how interesting, I'm thinking of doing a rotary swap in my Z06. smile.gif

Nice car, but for HALF the price you could buy a very nice updated TII.

Great news Dan, as always I'm glad to help with any metal fab that you might need.
If you decide to go injected, I think we can talk Keith out of his old intake.

Naw, the chiquita mobile was only good for 14s. At least it only had two doors though tongue.gifOriginally posted by Buck531:The big yellow banana you had back in High school?

No power adders? Sounds like a class for me, too bad the car isn't NHRA legal.
I had a NHRA legal street car that ran well into the nines, it wasn't the drivetrain that made it a pain to drive on the street, it was the cage, harnesses, and everything else needed to be legal on the track that sucked on the street.

Damn, if I wasn't already ahead a couple of beers, I'd be all for it.

Columbus Fastener, South off of Polaris on Lazelle I think. Or Crawford products, can't remember where they are at, near Westerville maybe.

I can do it only if you bring me the piece though, good luck finding a mobile tig welding service that won't rape you.

Thanks man, I forgot about that one graemlins/doh.gif I won't have a chance to run down there till the weekend after next. So if some one else is down there and wants to make a buck, I'll pay for the trouble of pulling one. Please make sure it's a 13" 7 spoke aluminum one though.

I noticed a few people here with ae86s. If anyone of you has the factory wheels laying around, I need one. Let me know what chew gots.

You must first register it as a historical vehicle, then the dated tags must be approved and you will be issued a special registration for them. I believe you are required to keep the historical tags in the car also.
It's a PITA but worth it, but beware that the driving of a historical vehicle is technicly very restricted.

Wheel specs, 16x8, 5 on 4.5"/114.3 mm bolt pattern, 5.75" back spacing. Perfect fit for 94 up Mustangs, will fit others too.
Tires, 275/45/16, plenty of life left.
The wheels are in perfect shape but the center caps could use a little love, or leave them off, looks better without them IMO.
$600

My dad has owned a boat/boats since before I was born, He currently sports a 28' Bayliner hardtop. I'm glad I was raised in a boating family, now I know it's better to know someone that has a boat than to own one yourself
