Its not tax collection... its serving a warrant. you dont pay your fines, you have a warrant put out, perfectly within the legal limits of hte law to arrest them on that warrant charge. and to go with the above comment, I agree. regarding downforce... On the rear, I highly suggest a wing that has is above the roofline to retain optimized aero... After watching it a couple times, I wouldnt even say it was his 'skill' that was in question... it was the crest of hte road that he was going much too fast for (so I guess it does play back into skills/knowledge). In fact, he is lucky he kept that steering wheel straight while in the air... had he turned teh wheel, there is a good chance he would have got hte car to rotate once he landed, and hit that rock at an angle and started flipping...

Yes, you learned the right lesson. NEVER assume someone else did the work right. if you buy an engine, Always always always check it over with a fine tooth comb, and always replace all the 'standad' parts (seals, gaskets, oil pump, etc...) with new. also, pm sent.

Maybe I missed it, but I picked up that her argument was: Skinny kid didnt make car safe (and presumably she was not aware they didnt have the right features for her class) The track tech / Governing body for event didnt find the missing safety feature Her thought being: I didnt know my car wasnt up to standards, and htey didnt catch it.... Still ridiculous...
