    Check some of the apartment complexes. Sometimes they rent out garages to non residents for $40-$60/month. I did that a couple of years ago with Albany Woods. They let me rent a garage for $60/month.

    It probably is close to 400. My cousins 306 with trick flow top end at 7.8 psi out of a powerdyne made 427. That's not a bad price for a clean coupe.
