  1. E85 has very high BSFC (fuel consumed per hp), usually noted in the .70 lb/(hp * hr)+ range. I wouldn't be suprised if the injectors are near their max at 400 wheel...
  2. Let me know when you airgun homos get your pellets supersonic....(at the target)
  3. Don't be afriad to venture to lower lambda values, I've found E85 usually makes best power sub .80 lambda (usually ~ .72-.78). Also, the addition of more fuel mass adds to turbine energy as exhaust mass flow = air mass + fuel mass. Glad to see the build is coming along, good luck!
  4. Find a soap that can stop 250gr .338 Lapua..................
  5. Genius? Nah, just know a little bit... I have to chuckle abit when I see stuff like this. OEM hardware is generally faster and more robust then 98% of standalones (Excluding Bosch, MoTec, etc). Why pass of the cost to the customer when they could have brought in an SCT rep? The GT 40 is a bad ass creation, but so is the engine management system (that goes for the ZR1 as well). It was designed with the demand in mind.
  6. Still not seeing the reasoning behind the switch
  7. Remind me to t-bone you (lightly) and run out of my car screaming arabic.
  8. I don't see getting hit by mexicans anywhere in there?
  9. I paused on the dyno read out, maybe 2,000 rpm of 700whp? Hope that has a tight gearbox...
  10. Why would you not just use the OEM Ecu? Joe made 1400whp with his...
  11. Marksmenship and reverse engineering ECUs...or atleast spending alot of time trying to.
  12. I can say I knew very little people outside of my classmates when I first moved from Cleveland to Columbus - it made the transition much easier to hang out with a bunch of car junkies. I've made a handfull of great friends, all kind enough to let me live/stay with with them, and have learned so much through all of them. In the same light, I've butted heads with a very small group of people over the years only to look back and laugh to see how much a retard I was.
  13. Welcome Seth, another boost junky joins the site.
  14. Big Darby Creek Shooting Range, LLC is a full service shooting range, pro-shop, retail and (NRA and OPOTA certified) training center. Located on 100+ acres in West Jefferson, Ohio, the range offers twenty-eight 50 yard outdoor (covered) shooting lanes, four-position 300 yard rifle range and three 20 yard by 30 yard "action shooting" bays as well as a classroom building and retail shop. http://www.bigdarbycreeksr.com/ Its about 50$ for 4 hours or so, not bad, 300yds is getting out there...
  15. Houge Stock, Accustrut (contraption underneath the barrell), modified M14 flash suppressor/brake, b-square scope mount, gas bushings drilled out so my brass isn't ejected like a bat out of hell, recoil spring (help the extractor out with bulk ammo) Optic is just something my brother had laying around, 1-4x shotguuuuuun turkey reticle. It'll be changed out to either a FACOG or some low power 1" tube optic.
  16. Just finished putting humpy back together, Ruger Mini 14 with some low budget mods: http://img4.imageshack.us/img4/1010/dsc0234x.jpg Now you may be asking yourself what retard puts faith in a 350$ gun...well...this retard. I really wanted to play with an open bolt design and ruger mostly duped the M1 (best rifle everrrrr). For ~800$ and no trips to the smith, I like to think she was a decent investment. Lets see them Zombie killers!
  17. Great to zero, but gaaa dammm, didn't skip the house payment and cancel the operation to build my bolts to plink at what I can still see with the naked eye.
