  1. This thread is now my diary. Dear Diary, Today I saw Chris Rainey try to get the corner and couldn't. Looked like the Ohio State guys were just as fast as him, which is weird because all game long the announcers keep talking about how fast he is and all of the Gators and the entire state of Florida is. TTYL, John
  2. And did we learn anything from 2006? Florida's defensive front is getting up the field way too easily/quickly. At some point, doesn't the coaching staff decide to maybe do something other than setting Braxton up to get hammered? JUST WONDERING
  3. Everytime I triple post, Braxton Miller stays in the pocket for another sack.
  4. So awesome that Florida has like three first downs and yet is dominating the scoreboard.
  5. Annnnndddddddddddddd here comes the special needs team AGAINNNNNNNNNNNN
  6. Also, drinks soon? Yeah, I like how everything ended up, for sure. Sometimes I think things just happen for a reason. Regardless, I feel great about it. Ha, flawless double bind. I employed one when they asked if I wanted to buy an extended warranty on the MDX. I said, "Well, I'm here buying this Acura because it's so highly rated for reliability and durability. So are you saying that all of that stuff is untrue and I really need the protection of an extended warranty to protect myself from a faulty car?" Guy was like, "Ummm..."
  7. Dumbass announcer just said Posey missed the majority of the season due to injury. Seriously want to punch both of them in the face.
  8. Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh special needs teams strike again
  9. That was a great drive. Like that we went to short passes. That should slow down their pass rush - which should help our vertical game.
  10. @ LJ's Simon comment. Seriously that was awesome. And that wasn't a fumble. Herron's ass was on the ground. Whatever.
  11. And these commentators seem pro-Florida
  12. Braxton you are permitted to throw the ball.
  13. If it's any consolation, the salesperson I was working with wasn't the person you recommended. And, what's more, I place fault more with the sales manager as opposed to the salesperson. I think the salesman was doing fine.
  14. Awesome sentiments, wrong section. Will assume OP was intoxicated.
  15. Yeah, the whole process can be very frustrating. I realize that selling cars is a business and the salesman are just trying to do their job. I'm not going to hate on someone for trying to make a profit. However, I think there's definitely a right way to be a good car salesman. Unfortunately, there's a ton of ways to be an annoying, slimy, haggling salesman.
  16. I went to Lindsay, was exceptionally close to buying a 2012 MDX, but then walked out after I grew tired of their sales tactics. After Lindsay, went home, did a search, and 15 minutes later found exactly what I wanted: a 2011 MDX with 11k miles in Indianapolis. Worked out the deal over the phone on Friday and the wife and I picked it up yesterday. I'm exceptionally happy with the MDX and how the dealership there (Hubler Acura) handled things. When the time comes, I will likely have the car serviced at Lindsay. When I'm there, I will be sure to talk with the sales manager who let me walk out of a $57k deal because he wanted to haggle me over $180 all-season floor mats.
  17. I find them all to be high on the WTF meter.
  18. Wow, in Ireland? That's going to be awesome. Second, whoa, Notre Dame looks to be fucked with that schedule.
  19. A member on here - a man with great charisma and impeccable triceps - once said that, if you're in the fast lane and someone is on your ass, then you - by definition - are not going fast enough. I believe in that man. Listen to his words and get the fuck out of the fast lane already.

A + call out. Succinct, to the point, and brutal.
  21. I just started reading World War Z last night. So far, I'm very much enjoying it - it's definitely living up to the hype. Rob suggested Fight Club - I second that. In fact, that was the last book I read (before starting World War Z). It's a relatively short read. I was also amazed at just how well the movie was adapted from the book. I wish I had more time to read.
  22. LOL, just had the same thought...
