  1. I no idea how much I can actually bench or press or squat, I just want to work out to the point that it looks like I can lift a lot of heavy weight easily. Looking like you can bench 300 and only being able to bench 150 > being able to bench 300 but looking like you can only bench 150 I commend you guys for keeping track of your stats, though.
  2. Austin, I'm hearting you. This trailer gives me a nice feeling in my loins. I have a man crush on Snake Eyes. The end.
  3. Sorry, I suck. I copied and pasted the wrong link. I've been trying to retrace my steps for the past 10 minutes or so to find the actual link that I wanted to copy and paste, but I've been unsuccessful thus far. Will keep looking.
  4. I'm somewhat mixed in my reaction to this. On the one hand, I think it's stupid that there's this much attention be given to someone for taking a bong hit. It's weed, it probably should be legal, and he's a young adult having a good time, not bothering anyone. Who cares? On the other hand, he's stupid for allowing himself to be photographed doing something illegal when he knows - or definitely should know - that it will jeopardize the millions he has in endorsements. You're a stoner? Awesome, just be smart enough not to get blazed on camera.
  5. Or maybe I just missed a bit of cleverness on your part?
  6. More of the same girl, just without a car. Of course, if you're complaining that there aren't cars in these pics, then you've just been accepted into Club Gay. http://www.socalcustoms.com/Models/JennyP/11.jpg http://www.socalcustoms.com/Models/JennyP/13.jpg http://www.socalcustoms.com/Models/JennyP/7.jpg http://www.socalcustoms.com/Models/JennyP/10.jpg
  7. Here's a link with some additional screen shots plus analysis of the trailer: http://www.latinoreview.com/news/transformers-revenge-of-the-fallen-super-bowl-spot-6088
  8. After Megatron, Soundwave was my favorite. Yeah, was wondering who/what that massive thing is at the end of the trailer. Since (what appeared to be) Optimus Prime was jumping on it, I figured it had to be a Decepticon. So, is Megatron back in this one? I couldn't easily spot him from the trailer.
  9. LOL, great find. So want to pull out a piece of cardboard and get my kickworm on right now.
  10. Wait, okay, so, the guy's hairpiece didn't come off, his hair just got digitally moved to somewhere else in the picture?
  11. I'm laughing at the comments: "don't be a poo-poo, how do you know the animals arent having fun!" "that muthafucka looks confused as shit" "these are mountain goats, they live on cliffs and climb shit liek thsi al the time"
  12. OMG - I am absolutely dying right now. Seriously, am I seeing that right - has that guy's hair piece actually left his head and is in flight??? Wow, I haven't laughed this hard in a long time. Awesome find, A plus for you.
  13. No. Graph pleez to halp with teh understandings.
  14. Okay, I can kind of see where you're coming from, I just disagree a bit on some things. My understanding is that different types of proteins have different absorption/digestion rates. For instance, whey protein is absorbed and digested relatively quickly, and certainly much more quickly than, say, casein protein, which has a much slower absorption/digestion rate. (This is why you eat foods high in casien protein - like cottage cheese - before you go to bed because you want the protein broken down/released over a longer period of time - that is, while you sleep - to help "fuel" your muscles for a longer duration of time.) Also, the amount of protein I use in my pre-workout shake (see previous post) doesn't amount to a "full stomach." Rather, it constitutes, consistent with what I understand to be prevailing fitness/muscle building standards, the proper amount of necessary ingredients (protein + carbohydrates) to maximize the building of lean muscle mass. BTW, I'm not trying to get on some pedastal and preach about bodybuilding stuff. I hate people who do that (and we all know those meat-heads in the gym that are like that), so I'm definitely not trying to sound elitist. Just telling you what I know and have learned, and I'll be the first to admit that I don't know everything (and hence my curiosity in wanting to know your opinions).
  15. Why not? All of the sources I have consulted recently (e.g., reputable fitness magazines) seem consistent in endorsing the positive effects of ingesting a moderate amount of whey and soy protein (along with a moderate amount of [slow digesting] carbohydrates) some 20 to 30 minutes pre-workout. Further, those same sources cite the benefits of ingesting some protein during the workout, depending on the intensity and length of the workout. Also, unanimously, those sources indicate that, within 30-minutes post-workout, a substantial amount (e.g., 40-60 grams) of whey protein should be ingested along with a moderate amount (e.g., 50-100 grams) of (fast digesting) carbohydrates. So, I'm curious to hear your thoughts on why protein shouldn't be consumed 20 to 30 minutes pre-workout. It has worked well for me so far.
  16. BTW, this deserves some e-applause. Well played, sir.
  17. Can she read a pregnancy test? If so, then all lights are green.
  18. I was made for this lifestyle, dude.
