We're expecting a new Focus next year, so they're doing a "last hoorah" so to speak. 1500 units total in Race Red (never offered before) or Nitrous Blue. Black roof and mirrors, fully loaded with the 19" forged wheels and an LSD up front.

Can anyone explain the boom going on right now? Is Columbus' population exploding the past two years? I don't get it. They're building houses like crazy in Delaware County, but they've also built at least 5 new apartment complexes within 5 miles of Tuttle Mall in the past 18 months with more coming. Hell, houses in my neighborhood go for asking or more within hours of being put on the market.

Navy Fed and a few others will get you done for 8 years (96 months). Interest rates are still pretty low too, so people are pushing out the term longer and longer.

I went to a wedding at the Amelita Mirolo Barn in UA. Really nice building and the couple got some great outdoor shots as well. If you think you need something larger, check out the Everal Barn in Westerville. Very cool building.

I had to deal with this growing up and I wouldn't recommend it for your kids' sake. The daily arguments, the hate between the two and the inevitable affair made my teenage years fucking awful. If you can fix it with counseling or something, try everything you can. If not, get out and make sure your kids know you love them everyday.

The one guy said it's definitely louder than stock, but it's not terrible. Been awhile since I've been in his car. He does also have a catless downpipe on his as well so his might be louder than with just the exhaust, but everyone recommends removing the sound symposer. That actually helped with the sound levels. He's got a 15 month old and said she's okay with it most of the time. Another one I like is the Borla, but it's a lot more money.

I've got a few friends that have the MBRP cat back and it's probably one of the better sounding exhausts for these cars.

They don't put out huge HP numbers, but they're torque monsters once you start working on them.

Goodyear is covering the replacement tires, but you still have to pay for them? Am I reading that right?

I get what you're saying. I'm not trying to play devil's advocate with them. They sound like assholes, especially when they're trying to damage your property. That infuriates me. We had an issue two months ago where one of the neighbor girls was throwing chocolate chip cookies over our fence to try to get our dog to eat them. That was a fun conversation with people who don't really like us after our fencing issue last year. Really makes me want to get cameras on our house. Although it's been fun to read about them, I hope this is the last thing you hear from them.

Have any of your other neighbors complained about them or say anything to you about their behavior?

You won't believe me, but I had no idea that you picked up a new one! Between work and getting everything ready for my daughter's arrival, I don't get on here much and must've missed your announcement. The Focus STs get full torque at 2500 RPMs. There's almost no turbo lag. The Speeds are the ones that can have a bit of Turbo lag until about 3500 RPMs.
