99 GSX is a 7 bolt thus doomed to failure anyway, 6 bolt is only way to go in a 4G.

I got rid of my Forza wide, not the least bit comfortable at all. Go with an aluminum seat, or the Corbeau FX1 Wide, much more comfy than the forza.

Hanauma Bay is one of the best places to snorkel, go on a weekday as a weekend is stupid crowded. Laie Point(Forgetting Sarah Marshall movie went there) is worth checking out, I lived on the point for almost a year. I remember the best beach being imo Waimanalo Beach, sports illustrated shoots there a lot, not a lot of tourists. Make want to stay away from Makaha(West side), rough water and not all tourist friendly. Diamond head is a good hike and worth a look and some other inland trails near there on the windward side of the island.

I stopped at Hatfield today as they have a "Hot Lava" FRS there, nice color but the ass end of that car leaves a lot to be desired. Seats are comfy though and I seemed to have plenty of headroom in it. Will have to drive one next year maybe.

My uncle was just diagnosed with Pancreatic cancer yesterday, he's almost 60 but the youngest sibling and should have another 20-30 years ahead of him, he likely won't be here at the end of the year, you just never know when your time could be up.

Greg, get NEW track oriented front brake pads, make sure the rears are in very good shape, good rotors, switch to ATE Super Blue(IPS Stocks it) and your good to go. Shawn puts on a good event, you'll be fine if you follow the rules and don't push any more than you feel safe to. Nelson doesn't have a LOT of runoff room but you won't exactly be doing 127mph either and unless your being stupid you won't be going off track your first time out likely anyway. If your still not sure, go up there and ride along with some people to see what it's like, I can tell you it's a blast and safer than the drive itself to and from the track.

Gotcha, I am more concerned with head room, I'm a "Torso" guy. 6' 3" but only a 31" inseam, all torso for me. I had to have my Butler aluminum seat custom made as my shoulders were 3" too high for the shoulder belt holes on their tallest seat!! It's a saving grace from time to time, it allowed me to drive an S2000 when friends of the same height couldn't because of their longer legs, but it's not always nice to be tall.

Just had an insert installed on cyl 8 on my mustang, only took the guy 1.5hrs to do it, pretty easy fix.

Impressive, will be interesting in the next couple years as this car gets it's normal tweaks(hopefully for the better as I am of the opinion never to buy a 1st year car) and the new Miata coming out. Hopefully they make it so ogres can fit in it. Draco, your a tall guy, you fit pretty comfortably in the new ride??

I bought a remote starter for my sister this past christmas, yesterday she was rear ended and her car will likely be totalled out. I'd like to get it back out to be able to use it again on her next car. Anyone able to do this for me?? How much money would you want?? Cbus Car Audio installed it and would need $75 for the service call and another $75 to pull it, thats the cost of the starter.....:fuuuu: Car is in Grove city, PM me if you can help.

Congrats, despite being a Subie I'm quite interested in driving one of these eventually, the sound(even with an exhaust) leaves a LOT to be desired, especially compared to the turbo boxers.
