If they truely won't be allowed to speak their minds about cars, the show will fail. IMO, it's the single biggest and best factor of the original show.

I like the idea, give the newbs something to strive for especially if they happen to be in a class like STS or SM!!!

You'll come to realize that as wierd as it sounds, "slower is faster". I've had runs where I had the tires howling and sliding the car around and had a great time, other times I felt really slow and turned out I had a fast lap. If you evenr need help or some tips people like Miles are always around, I'm a novice mentor and it's my job to help noobs so don't be afraid to ask

^The producers refer to the BSG series as a "4 year movie" hence why you can get lost easily if you don't see most every episode.

Any place is better than that state up north. I havn't been to it but I hear "East Harbor State Park" on Lake Erie is nice. Kelley's Island has a decent little beach and some nice sights to see on the island if your willing to take the ferry over. I'm sure Chicago has some good beaches.

Phew, I'm toast!! I drove like shit today, couldn't even come within 1 sec of Joe in the bimmer, a couple people noticed it as well. I enjoy driving different cars but it's tiring always having to learn a new car and not fitting well in most of them, problem is even if I get a car soon it won't be ready to run this year.

Bill, tempting but that would be an awfully expensive day for me. AJ, the tank or whatever would be neat, though might be hard on the asphalt. I'd love any Vette except one from the 80's. F-body must be an LSX car, that accord would be the fastest thing on the track and I would be lapping everyone so it would be no fun, no Fords for me except a really clean mustang.

Hal, let me know about autocross, I had a lot of fun driving with Stas. He did win Novice of the year last yea,r on saturday he was quite close to my times though I opened the gap somewhat more on sunday as the course got more technical, but he's gotten good very quickly. He has that 03 Si and it's quite a fun little car with that short ass wheelbase.

I'm stupid, I just realized the date of this event so working this coming saturday is irrelevant!!! AJ, we'll talk more when we get closer to the event as I'd like to maybe go on the Saturday as we do have an autox on July 20.

I just dropped a huge deuce, took 3 plunges to get it down!!
