There is a gunsmith at the Gander Mountain in Hilliard named Scott that is pretty good. He may be able to help you out. He works there part time on Tuesday and Thursday from 10-2. He did some work on my 1911 and has worked on several friends guns. There is also a gunsmith that works out at New Albany Shooting Range that I've used before as well. I can't recall his name though.

I've had probably four interactions while carrying. My sister has a lead foot and has a habit of getting speeding tickets whenever we go to visit family in Cincinnati. I got pulled over speeding outside Cleveland while carrying and the trooper was cool. The only issue I had was when I wasn't carrying and a cop randomly ran my plates on my motorcycle and tried to tell me my bike was coming back reported stolen. He was convinced I was carrying for some reason even though I told him no twice. He felt like a dumbass when he found out I was the registered/titled owner of my bike.

Download an app called Game Giveaway from the app store. Every day they post up a paid app that the developer has decided to give away for free everyday. I downloaded it this weekend and have grabbed two good games so far.

I think New Albany may be closer to you. Gun rental is 5 bucks plus the cost of their ammo. If you rent their gun they force you to buy their ammo. Their price for one lane is 20 bucks for one person and you can shoot as long as you want or ammo allows. Most other ranges charge by the half or whole hour.
