  1. Check the oil dipstick and make sure it is clean, front axle shafts are common, find out the mileage and inquire about the timing belt service. If it has been done ask for receipts. Also the retarded front suspension always has something loose in it mainly one of the 4 control arm links, 2 on top 2 on the bottom. Ask about transmission issues if it is an automatic. See if the check engine light is on, if it is not at least when you turn the key on to make sure the bulb actually works. Otherwise they have a lot of little issues with the air injection system and vacuum system both of which usually sets codes. The 1.8T also is known for ignition coils going bad usually one at a time. If the mileage is up near 100K look at the flex pipe and see if it is coming apart if it is starting too be ready for $1300 for the flex pipe and catalyst they are one piece that bolt to the back of the turbo. If it has more than say 75K I would seriously pass.
  2. Prime example of not respecting the car scene as a whole, to each their own. They have the same passion for building their cars as you. Their hard work is there as well. I get made fun of for liking the lowriders and stuff, but the engineering behind those is awesome. I made the thread because I think the tires are silly. They just are not practical at all, I can totally appreciate a solid set up...
  3. Wat channel? Too lazy to search
  4. Really? I mean...really? I don't remember what did the Genesis concept look like? It's just a concept, it could get better, the ideas behind the light weight RWD is cool though...
  5. Then ask for people's experiences with them, not which one you should pick?
  6. Can you make a decision yourself at all? Do we need to tell you what kind of toilet paper to buy? Jeez dude, quit caring about what other people think, have some self confidence.
  7. I hope the motor is a high rev motor. Car reminds me of a Mazda product (the nose). I hope Toyota comes up with their own engine to be honest they are so well known for their high revving motors and their strong high power engines. Not bashing on Subaru's platform, I own one too.

Spark Notes Guy has a '01 Tahoe on 26's Claims that the 295/25/26 tires ride way better than his 305/30/26's Has 16" rotors and 6 piston calipers Claims he has an added 1500lbs in the truck (sound equipment i'm assuming) What an idiot. This looks retarded on top of that. I have quite a broad appreciation of cars and this is silly. Found a set of 4 for $1800 Annnnd a random response to the video... 20. Olentangy is not a freeway as you well know, and i drive in the right lane so much people who ride with me question my logic and think I'm silly. The right lane is the most under rated lane in Columbus. It gets you places.
