Congrats Derek! I think between this move and a new awesome CaseyCTSV State Park being purchased recently, there's a CR Party to kick off testing out some of those pics/recipes you teased me with via text. Those pics were perfection! Side Note: I've used Best One Mobile for so long, who will then be taking over that service when you leave?

x3 Love the advancements but as time rolls on the reality is these cars are getting to be ridiculously priced. I don't care how fast they are when they are priced like that. It's one thing if it's a daily driver E63S that may lease out for $1,200mo but I doubt many would be daily driving that Vette.

leasing makes total sense when done correctly. it's really the only way to drive off in a brand new car and not get fucked. The reality is a vehicle is just an expense and an item that depreciates over time so to tie equity up in it is pretty unwise; especially when the cost of money today is still dirt cheap. The rates on both our leases 1.7% and 1.2% respectively. If you're not going to buy used and drive it until the wheels fall off, just lease a new vehicle. I can't tell if you're serious I wouldn't say the above is limited to the very wealthy. Same thing applies to the rest of us as well.

Mainly stream from my phone through Android Auto or Bluetooth. Sounds good to me but there will always be audio guys too I suppose. I'll do some research this week. Sent from my Galaxy Note 8 using Tapatalk

I have about 20k songs in the library. We have both the higher quality Pandora subscription and Amazon unlimited. Streaming, etc. is fine for home and the kids and wife like it, but I like to keep them on my device as I travel and don't always have access to streaming ability. I also think the quality sounds better.

So I'm cleaning up up and upgrading my home PC and have removed iTunes given I haven't used an iPhone for 8 years. I was using it with iSyncr to move music back and forth and manage play lists. Now that I've removed it, what do you all use/recommend as a solid alternative to manage a huge library of music?

I'll check my schedule when I get to the office and come back to you via text. I'll also email you an updated price list as I'm in the process of updating things and breaking down my Cermic Coating offerings which have expanded.

Give me a heads up when you want to get her done as I need to order another kit for the convertible top. I normally keep one handy but I just used it up on an S-2000 I did and I'll wait to replace it as they are pricey.

Updated the pics in original post.

I believe these are but they are 500% better than the Dunflap Runflop shit that was on mine when I got it. I've always liked Pirelli Tires. On the Lincoln rolling in comfort mode the ride is amazing. Super quiet and soft without being floaty. Initially I was worried the Run Flats were going to hurt ride and quiet cabin but that's not at all the case with these. The MK's Comfort setting within the ride control is one feature I wish my Audi and now the Q would have. The Q has electronically controlled suspension but it's more for performance and it works amazing at eliminating body roll. The standard ride however is still fairly firm though. Not so with Old Lady Lincoln. She rides great and is very well insulated from noise. It's definitely far more than a dressed up Ford.

Today was the day to give my wife's new ride a good once-over or really a nice new car prep. This time I decided to move to using Gyeon's Syncro Ceramic Coating Package which consists of 2 layers of Gyeon Mohs ceramic coating followed by their very super hydrophobic Ceramic coating on top to install one of the slickest finishes I've seen to date. This far exceeds what I've used in the past and even puts CarPro's new Gliss product to shame. I think I found my new favorite product mix here. Here's what my afternoon consisted of: Rinseless Wash with W.G. Uber - my favorite and stand by product Wheels cleaned with Griot's Garage Wheel cleaner Quick hit on a test panel with Iron X revealed ZERO fallout so I passed on doing the rest of it the car didn't even need it but I gave it quick once over with my Fine Grade Nano Sponge Polishing wise, it just needed a quick but solid polish with M205 and a green Hexlogic Pad mounted to my Flex 3401. Simple and effective. Wiped down everything from glass to wheels to paint with CarPro Eraser Tires were dressed with Aero Cosmetics Rubber Care. It's a new to me product that I read about and so far like. Trim on the rockers and around the entire car was treated with WETS. Wheels themselves and exhaust tips were Ceramic Coated with 22ple Wheel and Metal Coating. Not cheap by any means but it's excellent stuff. Windows Ceramic Coated with McKee's Glass Coating. Gave them all 2 coats the other day and another single coat today. The pano roof however got a the full Gyeon treatment including Skin. Paint wise, as noted, Gyeon Syncro UPDATED PICS: http://www.pbase.com/timothylauro/image/167273387/original.jpg http://www.pbase.com/timothylauro/image/167273388/original.jpg http://www.pbase.com/timothylauro/image/167273386/original.jpg http://www.pbase.com/timothylauro/image/167273385/original.jpg http://www.pbase.com/timothylauro/image/167271797/original.jpg http://www.pbase.com/timothylauro/image/167271796/original.jpg http://www.pbase.com/timothylauro/image/167273384/original.jpg http://www.pbase.com/timothylauro/image/167271798/original.jpg http://www.pbase.com/timothylauro/image/167271799/original.jpg http://www.pbase.com/timothylauro/image/167273389/original.jpg

I'll be the first to admit my wife is a high maintenance woman The good news is when she's happy, I'm happy. In the end, yes, all that effort for a Lincoln-ized Ford. She rides pretty nice and driving it this morning, I gotta admit the 2.3l scoots the hell out of it for what it is. I especially appreciate gobs of torque down low around town. It's a chick truck but I can dig it when I'm at the helm. The only real complaint I have is the bottom of the rear seat cushions should be another 1-2 longer to fit my legs and ass more comfortably. There's plenty of leg room to do it too. http://www.pbase.com/timothylauro/image/167265838/original.jpg

Picked up the wife's new car tonight. Dealer prepped it by removing the plastic but left the rest to me. Gave it a quick waterless wash, stripped the windows including the pano roof and coated them tonight. Also gave the body moldings/trim a good coating. Inside I gave the trim a once over with some Optimum Leather Protectant and cleaned the inside of all the glass too. Lastly, I installed her Pro-Clip Cell mount and the cargo liner. All weather liners should be arriving Friday by 8pm. My wife is going to enjoy it on the town Friday but I'll be getting her fully detailed Saturday. The only real bummer is I found a small ding on the rear hatch near an edge. My guess is it will have to be glue-pulled and tapped back down so I'm going to skip that small area when coating it. Not the end of the world as I know the dealer with get a PDR guy to fix it up. http://www.pbase.com/timothylauro/image/167264933/original.jpg

What Kerry shared is what I had to do to claim diminished value on the Audi after his accident. I think the final cost was around $350 The diminished value returned me $1500 Sent from my Galaxy Note 8 using Tapatalk

and I stand by my point nonetheless.

you and several others should stop leading with race; but I guess if that argument makes you feel special....

I see the US calling China out for fucking us in the ass and begining the negotiations towards a more fair situation. In turn I see China responding with a lessor response and stating that they are in for talks but not laying down to admitting they are fucking us in the ass and willing to full-stop just yet. We've had decades to get this shit under control but haven't so if you're frustrated, you're not alone and I'm sure this isn't the first time. If we are in a lose-lose situation and that's scary to you then you need not blame Trump as he wasn't around when that situation was created. No one said the fix was going to be painless.
-
I don't see a war. But, hey you're right Greg, we should just sit back and continue to let the trade imbalance fuck us in the ass.
-
the same rule applies to those suppliers too. use US Based and originated product too. quality of life through lower prices may help some but in the end, but IMO is still short sited. we shouldn't be letting China control us nor should there imbalance as there is now.

Everyone from Africa is black? He's not wrong with the generalization of those that he's referencing and he wasn't targeting races. Is it Trumps fault that there's no whites marching up from Honduras? I'm sorry, but we need to stop the below bullshit from happening.
-
I don't know you but I somehow doubt shoving a condom up your nose was on that list of stupid things you did as a kid Kids today definitely top us back in the day for creativity in stupidity.
-
I don't see a reference to race...but I guess not every fact counts.
-
shut the fuck up. the only one not introducing race or skin color into his views on illegal aliens is him. you've introduced it more times in the last 18 months than he has.

like we need more examples of how our youth/leaders of tomorrow are fucking stupid.
