  1. Cleaned up a set of brand new wheels for Ben (aka SICKNESS22) for his father in laws truck that came out really nice. No pics of those as I just plain forgot and boxed them back up. However, he brought over a set of used Vette wheels to clean up and coat. They looked to have been painted on the inside but if it's plati-dip it didn't want to budge so I had to leave it. Also, if it was stripped no telling what it's covering up. I coated the entire wheel though to help make brake dust removal a lot easier. http://www.pbase.com/timothylauro/image/167116979/original.jpg
  2. Congrats! You'll enjoy it. I've got a 2018 Iridium Blue one on the books in a couple weeks for a Ceramic Coating.
  3. The only thing of real value in this is the pic of the jet. Bad-ass-mofo right there. http://imagesvc.timeincapp.com/v3/foundry/image/?q=70&w=1440&url=https%3A%2F%2Ftimedotcom.files.wordpress.com%2F2018%2F02%2Fcc952.jpg%3Fquality%3D85
  4. ^^ this. Life tosses enough curve balls my way to want to even look at a house like that. We did years ago over in Little Turtle. Had large metal beams to reinforce the wall and supposedly all the fixes were done perfect, etc....but I walked out and and crossed that shit off the list. Way too many homes out there to justify looking at one with foundation issues.
  5. She should go to jail for making a vertical phone video. Someone tell that dumbass to turn her phone sideways Sent from my Galaxy Note 8 using Tapatalk
  6. the fact that you give SPLC any credence isn't surprising. we'll have to agree to disagree on them. You've been all over talk here when it comes to Muslims and race. Why are they off limits simply because you didn't specifically mentioned Farrakhan? You've also mentioned your being attacked because your Jewish....in fact you've mentioned that on CR several times. I even countered it with the fact that you acted like you're the only one here when you're not. I won't dig for the thread(s). Talk about whites being under attack......are you now self identifying as black? You also lump people into groups so much several people have pointed out not just me. In fact that's what you do best then cry foul when others do it in return.
  7. haha, I just got back. was there this week in everything from 8" to 2" of snow. doesn't slow those fuckers down one bit. just makes the pot holes disappear. I rented a big ass SUV to deal with it all.
  8. sure you weren't. didn't hit a nerve with me either. I'm active in this thread and you know that too. just remember too that the likes of Ferrakan and his followers are just as prevalent and a threat as all us Molan Labe White Supremacist categories that you like to put people in and you will never be their friend because you're white, Jewish and from NY. and the gangs of Somali's that tagged my buddies car near Karl Rd. who are the ones I'm typically referencing won't see your empathy as anything but a weakness. they don't like you either so don't be that foolish loan white guy among them as if you're their buddy marching for their cause. I don't think you're that naive though.
  9. You tend to put race and religion into just about everything. Whether you do it unknowingly or intentionally I don't know. In 2016-2017 it was trendy to use the term "brown people" and play them as victims in nearly any instance and it was trendy to hate on white people. Time to end that bullshit victim mentality. Keep race out of things that it wasn't brought into. Believe me if I want to use a derogatory racist term I will and you know it. When I don't please don't try and plug one in as if I am. Turds is a term I'll gladly use regardless of one skin color. You know me but then you really don't. My family is rather mixed from a Italians, to Irish and Japense to my brother in law who is as black as my avatar and my sister in law who is a mix.
  10. let the people in the area they are at decide. if the people in small town USA vote their statue stays then leave it the fuck alone and move on. if California freaks don't want a statue or vote to support putting one up, same deal.
  11. likewise I see most of the concern about them coming down is that those apposing them see their view as full-stop has to come down and there's no discussion. I mean really, to watch what's happened in the past few months in terms of people/citizens going ape-shit and pulling them down is ironic.
  12. most absolutely understand that and in fact that's the point. people absolutely have different standards and values. YMMV if yours work, make the world better or are fucking up society as a whole.
  13. the reality is we can't erase history and neither can those dumb fucks who think they can. the whole Washington/Jefferson slave owning things is just laughable as they are trying to apply their current 2018 view on people and society from centuries past.
  14. I want to reply but with 5 iPad Screens of text in one of Kerry’s, I can’t.
  15. Nice fucking Hellcat Killer! Love it!
  16. sounds like a lack of trust in gov't. when leadership finally earns the trust of the people, perhaps that will change. root cause me thinks. perhaps The SPEED of Trust should be required reading to be leadership within our Gov't. but so many people haven't the balls to address the real problems.... The VAST majority of gun owners are legit and upstanding people. So it's not la-di-da just for me. Hence the reason why so many take a hard line. How many fucking whacko's have we had shoot up the public at large? Maybe 100-200 per year over 10 years in a sea of what 100M+ gun owners? Please...talk about cutting off the nose to spite ones face. I'm not pretending otherwise, I'm speaking for me as I can't speak for everyone. However, if they aren't guilty then perhaps they have a right to hold the line. Do the math, you think the majority are the ones crying "come take them" right? Well, again, 1,200 or so over 10 years vs 100M+.....do the math, perhaps they are warranted in telling the opposition to fuck off. I think the three other members of my house hold would clear that up in about 30 seconds.
  17. that's a pretty broad brush you're painting with their Bob Ross. I'm a responsible gun owner and perhaps a Molan type whatever your definition of that is. To me that means keep your fucking liberal pussy ass hands off my guns if I'm minding my own business and not a threat to you. Has my AR shot anyone? Am I threatening people on Social Media? No. Then fuck off if you think you're going to fuck with my shit if I'm not bothering anyone. In other words, go focus on the real problems, which aren't guns and especially aren't my guns. Got a problem with a crack-head fuck stick owning an AR, good, go take his. Leave me and mine the hell alone. Contrasting that however, I'm very fucking accountable and if I beat my wife and threaten to kill her then by all means I would expect someone to put me in my place and protect her by removing my shit. Are there some that are not that reasonable? Of course. Welcome to the world.
  18. I know how it works, my wife did family law. I also don't see why we couldn't move to put forth similar circumstances when a gun is involved. Contrary to Greg's point, I am a Molan Labe follower but he's painting with a broad brush on a canvas of people he doesn't know. What I would envision is that firearms would be removed if there's a a present danger of serious harm by the person involved that owns the firearms. ie....someone putting threats of gun violence on social media or otherwise. If someone is hooked on heroin then they probably shouldn't be owning a gun. Someone beating their wife or has a restraining order against them, they probably shouldn't have a gun. I think I made my point clear. or if the adult is not seen as having protective capacities sufficient to keep the firearms or person safe from causing that harm.....think the mother and Adam Lanza. Or a parent that perhaps has challenges caring for an unstable dependent. Take the weapons and hold an emergency hearing within 24-36hrs just as SOP in other cases. We're what 13 months into him and his antics and we still continue to take his round-table comments as if he's a skilled lawyer or detail person. While I see what you're stating, I also know that we're not going to take what falls out of his pie hole as the wording in legislation. We're talking Trump not the GOP. He's a mixed bag. In terms of my opinions, they vary and you've seen that. Nothing is hard-line across all conversations or topics. I absolutely think there's a way to do it. You focus on and worry too much about his way of presenting ideas vs the fact that he's putting forth conversation that is at least putting ideas out there. There are plenty of legal-eagles and scholars there to clean up his points. I'm not worried about the off-the-cuff banter. where are you getting this unverifiable information or rumor bullshit from? it's pretty easy to trace a post someone makes on social media back to them or in the case of Florida all the red flags that asshole put out there. happens in custody hearings all the time. Responsible parents don't get their kids taken from them. Neither do nor should responsible gun owners.
  19. Maybe but maybe not once they think about it. If children services can come in an take kids out of a home for the sake of their safety prior to a hearing then why shouldn't there be simliar measures when there's a danger involving a gun? One case could be in the area of domestic violence. How many times have we seen the situation with a husband and wife go south with a gun involved or just as bad, the situation when the police are called out only to face an enraged couple in a domestic situation greeting them with gun fire. If the asshole down the street puts up a facebook post about shooting up a school, wouldn't it be wise to remove the firearms from their reach then deal with things in a court hearing?
  20. Economy is going great and the overall impact of guns in America in terms of true valuable assets being killed per year is so minor it's measured in decimals. Long live capitalism and the 2A. Looks like we're all winning.
  21. I fear that more than you and a gun That gives a whole new meaning to the phrase "cover your ass"
  22. Thank you sir! I treat them like I own them even if it's for just one day. These pics don't do it justice and for that I'm now moving my real cameras out of the cabinet they are in so I won't be as apt to just use my cell phone. As good as it is overall, it does lack the metering that would have allowed the metallic to really show up here. Glad you are happy with it!
  23. It's exhausting for sure and I am one of the guys putting up these walls of text. It's only because if I sit down to have a conversation with him over coffee, I'd caffinate myself to death and Brandon would likely show up and kill us both
  24. We see your point Kerry, but the above examples were pretty easy to spot. People have known all along that smokes cause cancer and a load of other issues and the same with sugar. It's no different with guns and that's a point we can agree on. Unless you plan to remove guns from the equation, there will always be death by guns. They key difference however is far far far less people are being murdered by guns even today than by smoking and all the related health issues of poor eating even after all the studies show what's played out by using these things. Guns themselves aren't an issue that is plaguing our society with troubles. The facts and numbers we have today prove that. It's a political bullshit argument that is there because the motives of the left are to remove them and that's the end game they've been going for little by little for decades. We don't need a study around broken homes to prove that whatever it's causing that a single parent household isn't as healthy for anyone including the parent, child or society as the one with two functioning within a healthy relationship. The studies and BS just aren't needed. What is needed is for people start making better choices and treat their partners with respect and learn the basics of how to make a family unit actually fucking work. You won't get that from a study or research, you get that from instilling it in people in school and by example.
  25. so then why are the dems constantly talking about the need for immigrants to come here and take jobs our people they say people won't take? Where are all the illegals getting their money to contribute to the economy then? perhaps MSNBC and the other left wing orgs aren't reporting on it but there are plenty of folks daily talking about it. honest? LOL! putting resources behind giving illegals state ID's and drivers licenses and schooling for their kids, putting them on aid, it's all wasted resources that should just be put towards moving them out of our system entirely. In terms of the turds, it applies to those that are. There are ghetto areas full of them in a number of cities around this country. Perhaps as I travel I'll grab you some videos of them. No Xeno here dude. Love me ones that are valuable and contributing to our country but not the ones who are not. how about we help people solve their problems so they can function in society and not be poor? don't patronize them and hurt everyone around them by calling for higher wages just because. it's those types of solutions that create the anger and frustration and put people in a bucket where they appear inferior. stop holding them down and help them help themselves. ^^ then start with the basics of common sense and human decency and address the family unit and when NOT to have kids. it's not society's fault that people are having kids when they can't afford to feed themselves or put a roof over their own head. seriously, you see nothing wrong with the current mindset of people like that? Kerry, there's plenty of assistance out there even right now. The main pivot-point that's control and change the outcome of a persons in society is within themselves. No one is saying cut-off all assistance. The clamoring is for accountability and responsibility that comes with the assistance. Over-paying someone for a job that the market has set wages for isn't helping them or others. It's just a socially more acceptable way of redistributing wealth and creating more animosity. Wal-Mart cashier is not a career and to try and adjust that so it is will not solve the problem. I blast our policy around immigration where it applies. Do we need to import more poor people just because? No. In terms of technology, I do embrace it because it's how our market and system works. Life is full of change and the Americans that need to take note are the ones not willing to adapt. People need to have both the skill and will to adapt and change with the times. If they don't then they will be left behind. The motivation to continue on and not get passed by has to come from within them. There's only so much the rest of society can do to help them along until that light bulb goes off. So where is that not happening today? I you stating that just because McDonalds is doing well and the economy is up that all of a sudden the cashier's there need to be paid more for the job they do just because of that? That's not how it works and you know it. Supply and demand for the labor that is skilled to do the job is what is going to determine that. they do play that game, but they can only do that successfully when the market supply of labor is in their favor. let the cashiers at fast food places walk away from their jobs as they demand $15/hr. one of a few things will happen, they will be replaced by someone willing to take their spot - likely an immigrant - as is the case in the food service industry at most places today, they will be augmented or replaced by automation, which is also happening or in some cases where it's applicable, they may see a raise. That's how the system should work too. I am in management and we welcome people rising up and even surpassing their own goals. Key is we look for and hire people and pay them accordingly. It's not easy finding that ambition anymore. The market is bound to go down and then up then down, etc. Has little to do with one man.
