Get one of those foam tubes and roll your back up and down a few times. It'll massage the muscles and adjust your discs. I was amazed when I bought one. Most of my back issues are lower back and the foam roller doesn't really help there. But my upper back between my shoulder blades hurt after that idiot hit my z06 on 161. It'll flare up from time to time and I did the foam roller once and haven't had a problem since. If that doesn't work, I can recommend a doctor that'll get you fixed up. 6 years of lower back pain, countless trips to a ciro, massages, steroid shots, pain pills, etc.. 2 appointments and I was 100% for years.

Lets say its always the kids fault, the animal can not react by biting under any circumstances. Go ahead and punish your child and put your dog in timeout. The next time one of your child's friends comes over and plays a little to rough with your dog, make sure you stick strong to your "it's not the dogs fault argument" I don't look at my dogs as a human. They are dogs and all know their place. Also, exactly what avenger said. Training doesn't stop with the dog, you need to make the child aware that what they are doing is wrong. Would be a great mistake to continue to let the child do what it's been doing and only correct the dog. If its a simple matter of the dog walking in front of the child, teach them how to move the dog. I have my kids grab the dogs collar and pull the dog out of the way and just say 'no', and continue walking. Doesn't take long before the dog isn't doing it. I've only had this issue with our beagle. It's annoying lol.

What Juiced said. Kids and dogs just don't mix. My wifes Shih Tzu bit my daughter in the nose one day when she was pulling his face in a way he didn't like. Let me just say that dog has never and will never bite another person again. I now make it a point when the dogs are pups to have my kids take their food, toys etc.. while I watch and immediately correct behavior. Now if the kids go to take something from them, they will spit it out. It's absolutley about setting dominance.

What he said. My wife had knee surgery over the summer and her surgen was just terrible. The surgen brought her out of anastasia with out any pain meds, just to ask her on a scale of 1-10 how much pain she was in, lost all of her paperwork, then our primary doctor said he should have never even done the surgery till they could have figured out what the underlying problem was. The surgen also downplayed it saying that she should be able to walk out after the surgery, gave us no crutches, or after care instructions. They removed a tumor from behind her knee cap and shaved the entire surface from the front of the knee cap, there is no walking out from that...wtf. The physical therapy after sucks but the best thing we did for her was to get a exercise bike(where you sit and the pedals are in front of you) This allowed her to work on range of motion and saw amazing results in just a week. It's really like anything, work through the pain and try to get back to your usual routine as quick as possible. The longer you wait the longer the recovery will take.

Asked a guy to spot me on pullups at the gym this weekend

That's pretty funny. What did you say after that was all done? -
I'd agree on the Springfield or Colt if going full size.

I have thousands of rounds through my 3" 1911 Kimber and haven't had any problems. First 200 rounds it had a couple issues ejecting the spent round, but after those break in rounds it's been flawless(spring break in). Mark has a 3" Kimber as well and he didn't even have break in issues with it. I think they are great guns for the money. I'd say a Kimber is the Camaro of 1911's. There are better ones for more money and its arguable for like price units.

I took my 98 corvette in to Bill Swad for a transmission job back 2000. When I picked the car up a few days later, not only did they not fix my transmission, the service writer put over 500 miles on my car. I only thought to check the odometer because a friend said he saw my car over the weekend. Some dealerships are shaddy to say the least.

This story is funny because americans want to bitch and moan about goverment spending. Then when someone talks about cutting something as simple as Sesame Street, they freak out. Prime example why nothing can get done, because tough decisions need to be made and nodoby wants to make them. The easiest resolution is to simply push the problem up the money chain. Just tax the rich more, yeah that'll fix it....

So about those "free" car washes at the Lexus dealership...

Few years back I purchased a new Black Escalade for my wife. We had to take in for service at like 200 miles. When I picked it up they had ran it through that same wash and completely jacked the paint. I flipped out on them and they had a detailer fix most of it, ultimately I got stuck getting my own detailer to fix it.(thanks Andy) Coughlin did the same thing to my new 2500 Silverado. Dealerships kill me with these garbage washes. When i bitched about it there they said they would give me a detail to fix the swirls. I drop the truck off and when I pick it back up the paint looks the same, they ran it through a touchless wash. You could tell because of the wax residue all over the windshield. The guy was complaining that it cost over 100 dollars. I said thanks and just took a mental note of what really happened. It's a truck so I didn't care too much, just the principle of it. Then to lie about detailing it.. Seriously.. Now I'm very clear when buying or taking in for service. Don't wash it, I'll do it myself. -

Oh, I'd watch a debate then. Their mic shuts off and the next persons turns on. Watch how both would be able to handle pressure.
-
The debates are worthless. At the end of the day, 99.9% of the people already know who they are going to vote for. The ones that claim to be independent, rarely are and often look for reasons to not like one side. Plus, nothing even gets talked about anyway. It's like talking about a book by describing everything there is to know about the cover. "Well, tell me about the book" "The cover is red, and it's pretty clear from the back cover, that someone dies and it's a mystery on who did it" applauds from the crowd.

meijer also has it fairly cheap. Something to be said about being able to pick it up while your doing other shopping. Save on the hastle of going too far away for it.

Should of had a duramax

You didn't know, he already beat this car.

Here is both my 1911's. I removed the crimson trace grips (hated the laser) and put Wilson Combats on it. Much nicer for shooting. http://imageshack.us/a/img820/5888/1911s.jpg

I am super impressed with the Kimber. I know a lot don't care for them, but the gun is just a fantastic piece. Your more that welcome to put it through it's paces.
-
The one she got me was a Wilson Combat CQB. I also have a Kimber ultra carry 3". I shoot my Kimber better lol. Though I also have a few thousand rounds through the Kimber and maybe 200 on the Wilson. Mark and I are members at blackwing. If you ever have a weekday morning or afternoon off and want to shoot, we'll be down. Play some battleship .
-
Congrats. My wife got me a 5" 1911 for my birthday this year. . Guns are always a good choice. Lol I like the satin grips you put on. You shoot it much yet?

Yep. I do this for every upgrade for the entire family. I usually make $400-500 after fees. So it extends my contract to 2 years again, so what. Not like I'm not going to have a cell phone and I'm perfectly happy with AT&T. Swapping from 4s to 5 sucked because I had to buy all new cases and screen protectors. And my kids got theirs before me. I have to wait till oct 4th for a 32gig to come in stock. From playing with the kids phones, I like the feel. They are exactly 1oz lighter comparing 4s to 5 with the same style/maker of case. They also speed tested 4x faster on download and 2x faster on upload. Though that could have been a fluke, the tests can be buggy at times. What I don't like is that they only made the screen longer. I wanted to see them make the screen wider as well. For those that like to play games, like myself, you will be disappointed. I wanted the bigger screen so the games would be bigger, or Internet browsing. Additional length only, does nothing for either of those. If it weren't for making money, I would have never made this upgrade. Heck if the 5s is similar in change from 4-4s. I may get 5 of those and sell them new in box. Make $2000 +\- for doing nothing.

I'll be his co driver lol

That and roll a car out with no motor in it at all. Stick some gutter pipes hanging out the back too lol.
