Get up and check it out, my system is stolen, locks ripped off the trunk and passenger door. My dash is all ripped up and the head unit is stolen as well.

 

Can't catch a break these days.

Thanks, but I think I'm going to keep it like this for now, and maybe get it fixed spring time.

No point in fixing something if I haven't dropped it yet, and I'm sure it would need done again.

Insurance would have been crazy. It's not bad on this because of the V-Twin motor.

Either way I payed way less for the bike than what's its market value is. I'm satisfied with the purchase so far.

I payed 3200 for this.

2,107 miles, I threw 110 on it today or something like that.

 

I just made my deductible 1000 dollars and it made my rates pretty darn low, and I have some points coming off my license here so they will be even cheaper then.

 

So far I'm having a blast, haven't really pushed it to hard, just getting used to riding and paying attention to everything going on around me.

 

Had one scare today with cars pulling into a neighborhood and getting backed up behind a gate onto the main road but nothing to bad.

As far as lubing up the chain goes, how many miles before I do that and what type do you recommend?

What do you clean when you get back in from a ride?

I just use it to commute. I wish I had time, money and know how so I could make it a quick/ fast car but I don't.

Been making more money than before the recession hit personally so not all bad. I'll be making even more when it's over too. Win win.

I have 8 right now, should be 6 because of the mess up, and 2 get dumped in Feb, or well... 4 get dumped then I guess.
