What do you think happens when dr's get sued by people? They end up getting fired and can't find work. many med malpractice lawsuits are garbage. For every case this guy quotes where a dr left a sponge in someone during surgery, ther are ten cases where the patient suffered a complication because they didn't follow postoperative instructions, were so massively obese that complication rates are much higher, or just simply had an accepted complication and are unhappy about it. Even when shit goes perfectly in this field, you can still have a bad outcome. Just sayin

Coming from being down 3-1 in this series (first team ever to do this), against perhaps one of the best teams in history if you believe the numbers. All the controversy and heartbreak for the city with him leaving for Miami previously, and coming back to lead the team to a championship after they literally had the worst record ever when he was gone--to a championship in two years. My solution--- Kill all lawyers. Seriously, the world would be a better place without them. No need for any money to exchange hands. Zoo is penalized by bad publicity through all media outlets, forcing them to re-evaluate safety and upgrade Mother is penalized through all media outlets, and has to pay sons medical bills, hopefully forcing her to re-evaluate her parenting skills. As a single father of three young kids, I travel often with them, and take them to waterparks, zoos, Atlantis, Florida, Hilton head, etc. it's impossible to keep eyes on them 100% of the time, when all 3 might want to go in three different directions. It's so stressful to take them to these places it's insane---and unless you've been through it, you haven't the slightest clue. But I refuse to not let my kids have the experiences of vacations, etc. that being said, it doesn't sound like she was nearly as attentive as she should have been. The real question is do you value the (potential) life of a human over a super-endangered animal? We don't know for sure the kid would have been harmed by the gorilla
