"Forever Lazy" - Real Product; Sill not sure if serious...
kirks5oh replied to twistedfocus1647545489's topic in Dumpster
can't stop laughing about the zip-away ass trap-door, in case you have to take a shit and are too fucking lazy to unzip it and take it off your sleeves. -
at least i don't have to wear a badgers sweatshirt to work this year. was waiting every single set of downs for a first down throw. can anyone say "play action pass"?? wtf?? they couldn't buy first down yardage. it was an absolutely incredible game to watch, however. wish i would have gone to see it in person. i can only imagine what the possibilities would be if miller had posey to throw it to. would give anything to have that miami game back.

pretty sure i had a ddm kit on my GTO, and it worked very well. bought it from a vendor on the GTO forum who offered a lifetime warranty on the ballasts.

i can appreciate the work involved, but don't know what the hell any of the cars listed are except the rx7. te72, s13, ae86, wtf?

great intro. welcome to the site.

forgot about the pprv delete. my car had the dreaded 'hesitation' between shifts with the ported blower. this was the only thing that took care of it.

read the svtperformance thread "how to adjust your clutch cable", and buy a firewall adjuster and quadrant from fiore. that worked fine with my cobra, at 600rwhp and stock transmission/clutch, with mgw shifter

yeah, they were cool about it after a while. i will say that the campus area in madison is pretty cool. its a true college town---hundreds and hundreds of homes within 1 mile of the stadium and nearly every one had people outside tailgating for the game. we were having a great time leading up to the game. we even took a rickshaw from our tailgating location to the stadium--it was priceless. it was a long drive (2 hours) home that night. to make the situation worse, i got to hear it from everyone in the office for the next couple weeks. i made a bet with one of my colleagues and had to wear a wisconsin sweatshirt for a few days in the office (although i got him back during basketball). patients were sending me semi-sarcastic sympathy cards. looking back, i guess its pretty funny. we had our inflatable brutus in our front yard every saturday, and hung a buckeye flag as well. needless to say, our brutus has not made an appearance yet this year, and i made no bets about the game

british world champion. lol

getting ready for this weekend. i can tell you the atmosphere here this week (in wisconsin) is that everyone is pretty bummed out/surprised that they lost the game--almost to the point of despair. who knows what the players are feeling, other than the fact that their NC game hopes are done. i had the opportunity to come to columbus for the game, but decided not too. i've had bad luck at night games---watched the texas game, where we lost it in the end. and watched the wisconsin game last year. that was a tough one---hostile crowd, hostile game, even the people we went to the game with (close friends) were rubbing it in and talking shit.

Pretty sad video on Scott Hall (pro wrestler)
kirks5oh replied to DaddyBuiltRacing's topic in Pics and Vids
mass quantities of steroids+drugs+alcoholism+abusing your body=53 year old bombed-out shell of a human i see plenty of people just like that, but they were never pro wrestlers--just people who's bodies have gone to shit due to years of abuse. sure, this story is sad. but there are multiple other pro athletes who likely have the same story. i heard the same thing regarding jake the snake roberts. i did enjoy watching monday night raw in grad school at pannini's on 10th with my buddies. bring your own refillable cup--lulz. the wolfpack was in full-effect at that time. -
sorry, didn't understand what you were saying before. i don't donate directly to the team perse--other than the generic monthly fee to be a part of the alumni assoc (both my wife and i pay, so we can have the opportunity to buy two tickets). even though i know i could get tickets easier by buying them through other means. i give back to the professional schools. some of the boosters are downright scum, like at any school. the booster in question has always run a semi-shady business--my parents live in a neighboring community and apparently know (of) him. while i agree with this, fickel won't be able to recruit worth shit. picture yourself as a high school football player. who would you rather play for: gruden, meyer, or fickel? it is what it is. the job is a 'destination' job for a college coach---not one where you work up through the ranks to get to, or get promoted to, by default
-
not sure what this means---that i earn too much money? much of my money actually goes to the graduate school. you can call me overpaid as much as you'd like. just as soon as you can do my job. i think you mean you would have a hard time NOT supporting him. they have to win out, just to go 9-3. and everyone posting in this thread knows that will simply not happen. i could see 8-4. still gives no excuse for the nebraska and miami losses. miami pretty much sucks, and they annihilated us. he still has to go. i'm not against him personally. i followed him and looked up to him when he was a standout high school wrestler. he's just not right for this job, at this time.
-
i still feel the nebraska loss has to fall on the coaches' shoulders. OSU will not get any more booster support from me if fickel is head coach next year. period. doesn't seem like a huge threat, but there are likely thousands of others in my shoes---that adds up.

meh, i put the shit he is spewing just a small step below being a pedophile. if he was sporting a website about pedophilia, i wonder how many people would be 'cool' with it. never interacted with the guy, never met him, but if that website represents his beliefs, i can tell you i'd rather not even let him hand me a cheeseburger at the mcdonald's drive-thru, let alone be associated with him in any way/shape/form.

i definitely loved my '05. with a catback, intake, ripshifter, and a dynotune, i made 376rwhp, and was able to get 27mpg on the freeway. these cars make incredible highway cruisers.

the best boat, is your friend's boat. definitely, not a hobby i could do/would do on a weekly basis at this point, even if i lived there. his boat gets 1mpg. live bait cost about $60/day, and we get a captain anytime we go offshore--due to safety reasons, as well as we can keep more fish with a captain on board. it adds up fast, but is awesome as hell--you never know what the hell is going to be on the end of the line

good looking ride. welcome to the site

you need to go 20 miles out to get the good snapper. you could get it from any of the local bars, but personally, i'd steer clear of any red snapper you see at a bar. :fuckyeah:

damn, your ride is nasty.
