I wish I had JJ Watts money and athletic ability. Funny you mention him because I have been watching HBO's hardknocks and have become a fan of him. Anyways, I have began passing my knowledge on to others and working out with a couple guys who were over 430lbs when they both started. They have become friends and are now both in the lower 350's.
