  1. You pick it up from a guy named Jeff by chance?
  2. For Sale is my Grandparents' Fishing Boat, which includes an EZ-Load style trailer. They live on Buckeye Lake, and without enough water to use it for the next couple years at least they have decided it's time to sell. The boat is very clean and has been well cared for. Always stored indoors in Lancaster every winter, and it's hung in a hoist under a covered boat dock every summer. As a result the hull and rub rails are in fantastic shape. Details are below, but the boat has a 2004 model year Johnson 40hp motor. Album of PICTURES here DETAILS: - 1987 Skeeter Strada F-80 - 2004 Johnson 40hp 2-stroke (low-hour, installed in 2011 by Fisher's Marina in Millersport, runs well) - Minn Kota Electric Trolling Motor - Fish Finder included (Humminbird I believe) older but does work - Front and rear aerated live wells - 2 Bucket Seats , 2 Pedestal seats (pedestal extension poles included but not pictured, in low "travel position") - Storage under both buckets seats - flip forward to access - Lockable Rod Storage - Fitted snap-on cover - Trailer lights recently upgraded to LED, 4-pin harness replaced - Deep Cycle trolling battery included *Trailer is in good shape, but will need tires soon. They are dry-rotted but hold air fine. Boat has traveled very little in it's life, almost exclusively between storage in Lancaster, grandpa's house off 79 at Buckeye Lake, and to the North Shore ramp off 79. Asking $3,000 obo The boat can be easily seen at Buckeye Lake just off 79, and can also arrange to be launched at a local lake other than Buckeye for some cruise testing. Feel free to post or message me on here for more info. I will gladly PM my number to call/text. Thanks for looking! - Scott
  3. For Sale is my Grandparents' Pontoon Boat, which includes a tandem axle trailer. They live on Buckeye Lake, and without enough water to use it for the next couple years at least they have decided it's time to sell. The boat has been EXTREMELY well cared for, is VERY clean and is in great shape overall. It has been stored indoors in Lancaster every winter, and has lived its summers under a boat cover, in a boat slip with a roof. The boat was purchased new at Fisher's Marina in Millersport, and they have winterized the boat every fall and serviced it every spring. Details are below, but the boat and motor have only 242 hours and it needs nothing. Album of PICTURES here BOAT: - 2006 Harris Flote-Bote Super Sunliner 220 - 90 HP Evinrude E-Tec "Saltwater Edition" Fuel Injected 4-Stroke (starts instantly every time) - 30 gallon on-board fuel tank (need to confirm, think it's a 30) - Power Tilt/Trim - Full Gauge cluster with Speedometer, Tachometer, Fuel, Battery, Warning Lights - Rear Swim Ladder - Rear Changing/Dressing Room - Rear Padded Lounge/Sunning Deck - Sony Marine Stereo w/ CD + Aux input - Console Wash Sink - Pedestal Table - TONS of storage cabinets + underseat storage - Front Docking Lights - Rear-Half Bimini - Easy-On fitted factory cover - Fire Extinguisher TRAILER: - Heavy Duty Tandem Axle Trailer - Recent Heavy Duty Front Jack - NEW LED Lights + 4-pin harness - 4 NEW Carlisle Tires on 4 NEW Wheels - Thanks Derek! EXTRAS: - Approximately 10 unused (some still in package) life vests - Spare Prop - Unused, couple year old spare tire/wheel - never used, lived in garage - Cooler which fits under console storage perfectly Asking $17,500 obo The boat can be easily seen in storage in Lancaster, and can also arrange to be launched at a local lake other than Buckeye for some cruise testing. Feel free to post or message me on here for more info. I will gladly PM my number to call/text. Thanks for looking! - Scott
  4. Very cool indeed. My buddy who works at Honda R&D said one of his co-workers has been commuting out to Marysville on one all summer. Much respect lol.
  5. Looks exactly like the Toreador Red contour I had back in high school. I remember it looking great clean but quickly turning pink with some dirt.
  6. My only input is to go with an led fixture that is compliant with the dark sky project. Be part of the solution
  7. This has been known for a while, but im still excited for it. 2.8L "duramax" inline 4 cylinder if I recall. Pretty much every manufacturer offers a small diesel pickup outside the US. Also, I think I recall hearing the VW Amarok is coming :megusta:
  8. +1 can't say enough good about Derek. Gramps had some scary dry rotted tires on his pontoon trailer, and Dereks price on a set of 4 new carlisle wheel/tire combos was crazy good. His guy came to grandpa's and swapped everything over in the driveway. Now much safer, wheels aren't ugly and rusted, all good! He has also taken great care of my Stealth several times in the past.
  9. I'll likely be reaching out to you about some rust bubbling above rear fender of my 07 Ram... I'm hoping new bedsides isn't the only real solution
  10. I'm posting this for my mother's good friend, whose husband recently died. She asked me to look the truck over and help her get it sold. I know they bought the truck used around 10 years ago, and have used it for errands, yard work, moving stuff, etc. It's been maintained but has some battle scars as you'd expect given miles and age. I know little more than I learned while driving it and looking it over yesterday. Info: 1996 Dodge Dakota Regular Cab, Short bed 2.5 L 4 cylinder, 5 speed manual 191k miles Crank windows, manual locks, sliding rear window, heat works, A/C did not get cold for me when I drove it, but she said it always has (likely needs a charge, blower controls all work fine). The Good: Recently had a "complete tune-up", and had the crank position sensor replaced, has receipts for the work Tires are recent, in good shape Runs/drives/starts/shifts well Brakes work well Has a drop-in bedliner Doesn't appear to leak anything, no spots on driveway or garage. The Bad: - Has some rust, as seen in pictures. Drivers front fender is by far the worst. Bed is solid, cab is solid, rear fenders and bottom of tailgate have some rust bubbling. - Clear coat is peeling in places - No radio (has aftermarket deck, but missing faceplate) - Parking brake does not work - park in gear - Clutch grabs fine, but is worn (pedal releases high) - Gas gauge doesn't work (gas light goes on and off though, maybe sending unit?) I drove it and thought it definitely has some life left in it. She is asking $1500, but is negotiable and would like it gone. Album of pics: http://imgur.com/a/CdnbX I can try to answer any questions you have about it. I'm trying to save the woman from the land of Craigslist tire kickers. Thanks for looking.
  11. I need to replace a few cables on my truck where the crappy lead factory terminals are failing. Reading up on replacements, there is a big debate between crimped on or soldered on terminals. Any thoughts on what's best?
  12. What specifically makes them not practical, help me out here. I've often thought Id like jeep actually. Current daily is a regular cab diesel pickup with a 6 speed and a real heavy clutch. It rides poorly lol. Jeeps worse somehow?
  13. I don't know how unique this is, but I have a Verizon plan through work that is unlimited everything. $20 is deducted from my paycheck once a month to allow for all the personal use I want.
  14. FYI, the Asus models are definitely decent, but I found that they didn't offer anything in the same price range that felt comparably solid (not flimsy or plasticky) as the HP.
  15. I considered these for my recently retired mom, as she rarely used her iPad. Ended up getting her an HP-Stream 13 Laptop. It's very similar to a Chromebook in that it has awesome battery life, is super lightweight, and is cheap, but it runs windows instead! It's windows 8, but there are many free plugins that make win8 function very much like classic windows or windows 7. It only has like 32gb of onboard storage, much like most chromebooks, but it also has an sd card slot for easily expanding that. My mom loves it so far and uses it constantly. Best option if you like it is the Windows Signature edition, which is a clean windows install without all the trial software and bloatware of most retail PCs. Seen here its $229: http://www.microsoftstore.com/store/msusa/en_US/pdp/HP-Stream-13-c077nr-Signature-Edition-Laptop/productID.309174500 They also make an 11" model, that I believe retains the standard size keyboard of the 13" model.
  16. Just found it lol. User name is datwhitecavy It was actually a turbo 2.4
  17. I remember a guy on here a while back, definitely years ago now, that had a very modified cavalier. It was white and actually looked pretty nice. If I recall had swapped a 3.4 or 3.8 in it? I did a quick search and came up empty back to 2009ish. Might be older than that. Somebody else has to remember this thing.
  18. I totally check the native American box on surveys just to muddy the waters. If I'm ever questioned I plan to say "lived here all mah life" winky wink.
  19. I think we should let the pope decide, he seems pretty well versed on matters of science :gabe:

You may know about it already, but I was on 79 again this morning and stopped at RCD. Sign on the windshield says 227k, ac needs charged, runs great! Asking $3200. It does look pretty clean there is some rocker rust, not sure whether that's a deal breaker or what you're looking for. Its 4x4 with the selectable 4lo/4hi transfer case. No pics for you because monsoon.

If you're in Reynoldsburg you could be there in 30 minutes easy. It's not more than 10 minutes north of 70 on 79. Hopefully a competent person answers the phone and can tell you a little about it over the phone.

Did not stop to see price, but there is a clean looking gray/blue one for sale in front of RCD RV Sales in Hebron, right on 79. I saw it as I drove by last night. It does not appear to be on their site.
