  1. That looks very similar to the two I currently own. I think the fault is the fact that mine have fiberglass poles, which give and then let the tent collapse. I looked into buying aluminum or similar replacement poles, but they're not any too cheap and I'd have to cut them to length. I think I found something for sale anyway, and I'm gonna go check it out this friday so we'll see. It's a giant frame tent that's still in the box and cheap enough that I don't mind if it doesn't quite work out.
  2. +1 to this. Towing a 30' trailer behind you makes your day all the merrier.
  3. Bump. Even if its giant I might be interested.
  4. What kind of motor is it? Briggs? Kohler? Tecumseh?
  5. Anybody have a tent they would like to sell in good shape? I currently have two 6 person tents I'm happy with, except for their stability in windy conditions. I do a lot of camping, and I spent this past weekend fishing on the Ohio River, and it got windy enough to basically fold up my tent multiple times. My temporary solution was to take the rainfly off and let the air blow through the screens. This worked, but if the same thing were to happen in a thunderstorm, I'd be screwed. Specifically, I'd be interested in a larger frame-style (think military) tent, or a good quality conventional tent with aluminum poles. I think the fiberglass poles of my current tent are a big part of the problem. I'd be looking for something that 3 people could sleep in minimum, but the bigger the better. Let me know, thanks.
  6. Any idea what the towing capacity is like? I know these motors are notoriously torquey.
  7. Half pull, revving to 4.5kish rpms. READ.
  8. He did say "registered" C6. I mean who gives a shit though, ya know....Congrats to the guy for putting in all that work to build such a fast car for himself.
  9. Sweet Jesus watch this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BUuNohO-SV4
  10. I think the Comp-Gs actually came with a nice black leather and gray suede interior too, my uncle has one.
  11. It is his daily driver, all around Ohio and to his office in Westerville almost every day. It's also used to tow a 30-foot camper during 3 seasons as well. He likes it just fine. Aaaaaaaaand we all know how Dodge automatics go....
  12. WRONG! My dad just bought a new 2010 Ram with the G56 6-speed . It's only available with the 6.7 Cummins in 2500 and 3500 trucks. I like it A LOT. http://i180.photobucket.com/albums/x33/spankis/Ram%20Pics/DSC_0447-edited.jpg As it stands now the only automatic vehicle in our family is my old Dakota, somehow still around with 265k.
  13. Yes indeed, Thanks Trey. Mods can lock/delete.
  14. That works fine. Let me know where your store is and we can make arrangements to meet up. If not today any time through the week I can be available around lunch or evening time.
  15. Nah, I've got it already sir. Alrighty, new price $30 firm. Give me more than Gamestop will and its yours .
  16. Can't really think of anything I'd want, but I don't really know. I at least wouldn't want to trade for another game. Was probably going to put the money towards Black Ops in a month.
  17. It's actually more than what I read, it's what I go to school for. Sure, you'll still get all the funding that's out there, but that doesn't mean it's an effective or efficient use of that money. Mis-applied alternative energy applications are rampant, and it is a real issue. Every Tom, Dick and Harry with a few nickels to rub together wants to make their facility "appear" green to the general public. They don't generally actually care whether it performs, because in most cases they only fronted around 20-30% of the costs for the project. Now solar projects I can generally get more behind, as Ohio actually has ~70% of the solar potential of more obvious parts of the US like Arizona, New Mexico, etc. There is a lot going on in the world of photovoltaics and solar-thermal technologies right now that look pretty promising.
  18. I did a fairly extensive project on these last year, and if it's in Columbus, it is largely a PR stunt. The only places windy enough to justify the use of wind turbines in Ohio are along Lake Erie up North, and to some degree in Champaign county. Them's the facts .
  19. So, I bought Halo Reach for the multiplayer, and not enough of my friends bought it to get much of that in, so here it is for sale. It's basically brand new, I brought it home and put the disc in my xbox, and haven't taken it out of the tray since... I live in Canal Winchester, go to school at OSU, and work on Joyce Avenue in the Ghetto. If any of those places are near you thats great, otherwise we can make arrangements to meet somewhere. Looking for $40 obo.
  20. LOL, he must be missing the info on his short shifter and diverter valve. He'd be one cool guy then amirite?
  21. My Girlfriend might potentially be interested, but she's on a cruise and won't be home until Monday... If it's by chance still for sale and/or you're not moved.
  22. These are good, like, really good. Not brand new stuff, but definitely recent. If you can make it through the whole series ( there are 7 ) you win fifteen internets. It seriously becomes painful, and the thought that there are so many similar people out there scares me.
  23. I have .223 Marlin Bolt Action that's only probably got 200 rounds through it ever . It has a scope on it that's probably a bit too nice for the gun, but it could go with it. I know nothing about an SKS though other than that 7.62x39 rounds are definitely more pricey. If you're actually interested I'd probably need some more info on yours.
  24. Do you guys carry a selection of used parts by chance? I have a buddy building a reverse trike off of a salvage VFR and he's been looking for a good local source to scavenge from.
  25. On a related note, is the senior members area hidden? I believe I reached the required 3 years or whatever it was if my participation in events doesn't suffice.
