If theres one thing I can agree on with Trump on it's taking care of ISIS.
Not trying to rip on you Grant,I honestly appreciate your insight, but you're probably to young to remember how Bill Clinton delt with Al-Qaeda in the 90's.
I'll never forget waking up to the smoked-out shot of New York after the Towers fell, and my Dad screaming: This.Is.War.
ISIS needs to be delt with.
You have a better chance of me driving 8 hours to your home and killing you, than being iced in a terrorist attack.
You agree with Trump, on his plan to take care of isis? He has zero plan?! "Knock the hell outta em" :lolguy::lolguy::lolguy::lolguy::lolguy:
Anderson: Mr. Trump, you realize you're admitting to sexual assault?
Trump: isis, were goin knock the hell outta em.
His base must really love that bulletproof plan

I have used (in this order) Braun, Norelco, Braun, Panasonic.
The Norelco Butchered my face, the Brauns are nice, but the Panasonic Arc is in a league of its own.
Same here.
I would go through two Brauns a year, and did that for the past two years. Panasonic arc has been great, and it's cheap.

Here in Charlotte, cars and coffee was completely shut down because of a mustang. Then ended up moving locations later on...

I can't remember what all these funds are but my dad and I had a long email chain back and forth about my goals/his advice and this is the allocation I came up with for my 401(k). Currently up 9% YTD and last year I was the only person in my company to see positive growth, though I did slightly reallocate out of a fund that my dad felt would underperform in the long run.
70% SWPPX
5% ODMAX
5% RERGX
7% AGDYX
13% SIGVX
My place has seen 9-11% the past two years. Which I guess is considered "good"
Growing up, grandparents on one side of my family never purchased me a single gift my whole life. Instead took that money, and would invest it. Was cool to track all of that growing up. Crazy to think, it was easy to find a guarenteed match @6-7%.

Obviously too pricey for the OP, but this is like my realistic dream toy

Maybe if Trump was a political robot with an ear piece feeding him information during the debate like Hillary he'd have a better chance.
You mean if he actually had substance, and didn't repeat the same thing 50 different ways. The guy doesn't know what he's talking about, and it's been obvious to anyone that doesn't let emotion get in the way.

Probably the best part of that is it has a nice sized tank too. Googles says 17.2 gallons, so you could get over 600 miles out of a tank.
I went from work to home to south of Nashville on one tank and back including a stop in Ostrander before home on the second tank in a FWD TLX (9AT V6). Pretty awesome no not have to stop for fuel.
I've average 35mpg in the Fit I have over this first 19 months and 27kmi. But the tank is tiny, I only get about 300 miles out of it if I'm reasonable about when I fill up. :fa:
We've got a new 4 door Accord EXL V6 (6AT) right now too. The biggest surprise for me about this car is how nice and quite it rides, especially at highway speeds. Though I'm sure the NV packages aren't the same across the lineup.
Accord combined MPG, the coupe V6 6MT must have some short gearing.
----------Sedan---Coupe
6MT I4-----26------26
CVT I4---29-30-----29
6AT V6-----25------24
6MT V6-------------21
Mercedes E320 CDI, 750-800 ish miles per tank.
Reliable turbo diesel motor, comfy vehicle, and cheap.

I always wondered about how it works in NC. Is it a small amount of tax? What is the the thing the tax was paying for or the behavior it is trying to discourage?
I think it's like 3%, or something? Not exactly sure to be honest. Just know it sucks, when you have a bunch of junk.
-
We put $3800 down as the selling price *cough, cough*
I think I'll probably just do it the "right" way and title it and pay.
Just is fucking stupid that you have to pay taxes on a car that has been taxed already. Taxes should only be paid on brand new vehicles, but no, the government has to get theirs.
Things could be worse!
Here in NC, you pay property taxes yearly on everything. Cars, boats, skis, trailers, motorcycles, etc..... Have to pay a stupid yearly property tax, and if you sell it the next day, oh well.
Here they have the values in their systems, so you can't play the $1 game... the only time I've walked away feeling like I won, was with my Esprit. The system didn't have a value, and I said a buck.

Don't get a track habit. It doesn't take long for things to add up if you regularly go. I'd say for most driving faster cars it averages out to about $1k per event (entry, hotel if needed, gas, consumable parts). And that assumes you don't break anything.
I'm in a good area, where tracks are driveable distances.
My Elise was quoted $500, like two years ago per event.
I'd rather pocket that $500 per event, and if anything major were to happen, chances are I wouldn't be walking away alive anyways.
Everyone looks at things differently. I view track insurance like an extended warranty, for a car you couldn't afford to fix if it wasn't for having that security blanket of the warranty. There's a reason these companies are in business.....
Now if I had a Porsche 935, or something of that caliber I was tracking a handful of times a year, looking into track insurance might make sense..
-
cheaper than writing off a $75k+ car. It all depends on what you're using to track with compared to the cost. For an Evo it might not make sense. For a GT3 I would any day.
I would find something else to track with then...
Couldn't imagine dropping $2,500 into a bucket every 6 events, plus 10% of the value if something happens. Not a smart financial decision.
-
Like anything else...the more you buy the cheaper it gets.
I think Locton was $2400 for 6 events (full weekends not individual days) for the GT3 at stated value of $70k.
Locton only covers certain events though. There are a couple others that will cover any track event and with unlimited participation and the pricing I got through them was around $3500 / year
Most of these policies have a 10% deductible (of stated value) for any claim.
Locton and on-track insurance will also do individual days and or events but obviously the price is a good bit higher in this situation.
That's very pricey...
If you cannot afford to completely write the car off that you're tracking with, you probably shouldn't be using that for a track "toy"
-
Sorry about the situation.
To the folks that have track insurance, roughly how much does that cost? Is it like the classic car insurance, that it is based on an agreed valve?
Insanely expensive.
-
No.
They start to fall apart well before 100k miles, and will cost you when things break. Every single person I've know that has owned one, had nothing but bad things to say. Granted all women, who had to pay someone else to work on it.
Get a 300D, or a newer Saab 9-3 or 9-5. Piss cheap. Reliable and comfortable.

You can polish the concrete then put a clear epoxy over it. It looks nice and the finish lasts for quite a long time.
Yep.
Have a good decrative concrete company come out.
The majority of the stuff marketed to "car guys" doesn't seem to hold.

That was turned down according to him. He is a die hard street racer, he never has an all out number at the track or dyno in public. Just like his colt that went a "best pass" of 11.0@133, but roll'ed on liter bikes and only was 2 cars behind Josh Williams form a 40 roll. And Josh trapped 170+mph LOL
Those Youngstown boys are pro level sandbaggers.
Tire is newer and not sketchy. Just hitting to hard evidently. Working on a soluotion with Miceky T
That's super sketch, crazy you're comfortable piloting that....

6766 @ 40+psi. Boy dont play! HE gapp'd a modded Busa that same night before we ran
Eh, I put about 1.5-2 cars on him that run. If I missed a shift, it would have been close or an L.
Put down 600 at the shootout.
What's the deal with that sketchy ass tire? How old is it? You have a death wish

Left that 800 wheel evo like it was a stock civic!
Doesn't this Evo make 600hp?

This made me think of a locost 7. A kit car based on the lotus 7 but with rotary power.
What I meant.
I was roughly $1,500 away from this guys asking price. He wouldn't budge at the time. I believe someone in Ohio ended up with it.

Trumps nut swingers are always praising how he speaks his mind, and has no filter. Yet they constantly try and spin what he says, or claim he didn't mean it. That lady sounds like the majority, of the southerns here in NC.
