The issue I have with it is it monopolizes the production side. Why keep the 1% the 1%? Why not regulate it like alcohol for example? Correct me if I am wrong, but can't anybody that is creative enough to come up with the funds, and has the skill set start a microbrewery? So why should Joe Schmo be able to get licensed, and grow and sell pot to local dispensaries? Why only 10 companies?
The funds involved to start a brewery have a high level of entry, not to mention all the different state laws that make competing with the bigger guys incredibly tough.

My car is at the dealer for warranty work, literally 10 issues are being dealt with and all unrelated. A complete pile of crap this car has been.
A few months back I took it in because the throw out bearing was making a ton of noise with under 5k miles, the service advisor tried telling me it was normal engine noise before she would even have a tech look at it! I made her bring a tech over and instantly the guy was like throw out bearing, noise even went away when clutch was depressed. So they have the car for a few days, only to say come and get it the parts are on back order. A few weeks go by, and they call and scheduled a appointment a few days later, I called off work as the dealer is an hour away, only to be told we can't get it in today.... This happened twice... Over the next few months I've tried calling and never get a call back, and the car has had more and more issues pop up, so I figured it will eventually just break and they have to come and get it. Finally fed up I bring it in as its throwing low boost codes, they tell me because the throw out bearing isn't ticking right now they can't replace it! Wtf. What would you do?

The new TA is a great car, you can score a pretty decent deal on a new one, money well spent.

Cool stuff, going to keep an eye out on this thread. Debating if I want to install a greenhouse, get jelly every morning when I see my neighbors.

Testing in Ohio was a fucking joke. I took my festiva in for a fail so I could get a ttag. They put it on the roller smoking like a freight train and it filled the building with smoke so bad they had to open all the doors to air it out, it passed....... My Camaro would make your eyes burn it was so rich, it passed.
Yeah it was a complete joke, I've seen many cars pass without cats and running like death

If you're focusing on a show, what's annoying about subtitles?

meh no worries about that all here in my MY2010 Jetta sportwagon TDI.....
Don't those have actual issues though? Cam lobes and fuel pumps exploding?

Current SS is 3900lbs as mentioned in the article. As I mentioned I expect the same, the 5.0 is already plumbed for direct injection if wanted and it really wouldn't take but some tweaking to up the engine to 460+hp. JLT slapped on one of their intakes and had Lund do a tune and it made 40rwhp more than stock!!
So 200+lb weight reduction barely gets it under the Mustang, considerably larger engine utilizing Direct injection only has 30more hp, nothing to be salty about in the slightest. I like the 1LE as a package, just can't stand the look of the Camaro inside and out, and it's a GM.
Either way both of them are the size of a Range Rover.

The only concern for me would be the weather... If the weather for a 1-2 day trek is solid, I say just ride it home. Little adventures like that are memorable, for better or for worse, but always a good story.

It's really easy to say that when you don't have LaFerrari money.
Bingo.

This whole conversation is going to be completely different for everyone, a pointless video.
Sure if you have some knowledge and mechanical skills, you could get lucky purchasing old crap and selling it for more or breaking even. But life is short, it's nice to have something new, with a warranty, and no worries of having to dick with it when it breaks. Worrying about socking away a minuscule car payment every month is looking at it completely wrong. If a small car payment is make or break its time to focus on a different career or figure out another source of income.

That amg is ugly. I'd take the atsv in manual.

I think the sounds are almost like a improvised exhaust hung off a V6 (Not sounding like V8). Maybe they are going to use an Ecoboost variant? Remember the McClaren is only a 3.8 liter twin turbo v8 putting 650 plus ponies).
Hmmm (Thinking)
Send 3.5 l Ecoboost to SVT team
Blueprint/polish/flow/improved components in the rotating mass
Better in/exducers on the turbo
Boost (Lots)
Produce 550 - 600 ponies (Sounds real possible)...
You tell me??
2JZ boys are putting down crazy numbers with that inline 6 developed back in 1990. fast forward on 20 years and this sounds real possible (Might butt hurt some of the GT40 V8 fans though)
It's already said to make 600+ hp.....

4.10 year will be great for an NA v8, perfect really.
If you like shifting every 3 seconds, and being at annoying RPMs while highway cruising.

Pretty cool, don't bother ever thinking you will make money though. Just avoid that venture altogether...

Interior sucks, exterior leaves a lot to be desired for the price but it's a great engineering feat. I like them.

Hows the handling compared to the ST?

at least test drive a cts-v------best daily driver i had before my audi. and it can be had with a stick. and would blow the doors off the M3. not that you'd race the car every day, but i'd be willing to bet the caddy makes double the torque of the bmw from 2000-4000 rpms where you use the car most.
i don't know what these cars go for, but that seems high for a 3 year old car with 20k miles
and i had zero issues with my ctsv in 3.5 years of ownership---zero
Sure the V is quicker, but the M3 is a much better driving car. Exhaust note of these are great to boot, nice score.

used to have a high level of ZDDP, but with the recent events in the past couple years and the push for greener oils, ZDDP has been decreased in a lot of on-the-shelf oils, including T6.
Rotella used to score in the 12-1300ppm, but I believe it's down to 800ppm as of late. Hardly what it used to be. Porsche guys won't even touch if for their air cooled cars anymore.
Yep.
It's no longer branded as a diesel only oil either, the back shows use for cars as well.
