I'll look into it. Besides, it wasn't my fault. The trooper cited the person who hit me from back which caused me to hit the car in front.

If you look at a RWD S, the wheels are dished in and looks attractive, the AWD S has the same size wheel but there is no dish, just a flat face. The Saab 9-7x or the Trailblazer SS probably isn't an option simply because the design is so outdated (going from a 2011 modern interior to something from the old GM era...ugh) I've been looking at some of your suggestions online, some made my list while some were a solid no. These suggestions are helping !

I've looked at both (not in person) but I just am not feeling the wheel setup on the AWD version. The one I like is RWD but AWD would make more sense

Okay, maybe not brand new cars then. I'm a teacher, haha. I would say 25-27k dollars would be my max budget.

Oh I'm fine. The Saab took the blunt of the hits. Thank you. The Honda , I'm just not sold on them. I do admit they look very very sharp but they're just not my thing. Are Audi's still unreliable beyond a specific mileage?

So I just totaled my car yesterday in an accident on 70E past 256. If anyone was stuck in that traffic, sorry about that. Not my fault. So I now will need to search for a new car. My requirements are few: 1. Must be unique, not something that everyone and their moms have 2. Large, I don't want a small car or SUV. The size of the Saab 9-5 spoiled me. 3. Can move out of its own way 4. Reasonably good on gas, I drive 600 miles a week. (Reasonable for what it is, meaning if a full size SUV gets 24 MPG highway, that's good) 5. Reliable, that goes without saying. Brand-new is an option. I did some quick browsing. I found a 2016 300S with the Pentastar with 10k miles for 22k. I found a 2014 Flex Ecoboost. Those two cars I like so far. Any issues with the drivetrains in these two cars?

I love the responses I'm getting. Abso-fucking-lutey adorable. I'm 30 but I have a mental age of 9. I'm hoping it's just one of these things that'll pass because it's fucking with my sleep.

The last time I drank was December 23rd and that was at my family's Christmas party, I haven't touched alcohol since. I would say alcohol isn't the issue, I would think

Has anyone experienced a sudden onset of night sweats? I've never had an issue until recently. It's not a "drenched the sheets, shirt, undies, etc" type but an uncomfortable dampness. I tried to look up what could cause it and of course I either have: HIV, cancer, low T, cancer, and other horrible things. So what consider it a chronic and should see the doctor type and what considers it normal and suck it up?

I'll have to get some pictures when I get home from work but I can tell you a standard tub surround will NOT fit. I'm only at 54'' full width and I believe 32" depth. There is a small wall that houses the plumbing that pretty much cannot be moved.
-
The tub is Handy to have, helpful for soaking sore backs and whatnot. While I plan to reside here for the long term, I do want to make sure that when I sell the house, the bathroom doesn't ding me . In terms of budget and finish, cheaper the better. My house is basically farmhouse style so it would be in that direction.
-
It would be a partial remodel of the shower/tub. My 1920 house only has one bathroom and no provisions to add another on the single floor. The shower tub area is in serious need of replacement. The size is not a standard size so everything will have to be custom. It's a seriously small bathroom so should I replace it with a new shower and tub combo or forego it and go full shower?

Can it be done for ~$150?

I'm dumb at this stuff. I'm a damn good mathematics teacher but when it comes to technology, I'm the dumbest person alive. I'm looking into getting my mom a new tablet for Christmas. She has one and it's ABSOLUTELY ancient. It's like almost an inch thick. I need it to be internet capable and takes good pictures. She loves to camp and often use the shit tablet for being online while camping. Any recommendations for a good cheap but quality tablet (I know that is an oxymoron in itself) Help?

What vehicle features/options can you not "live" without?
PRD2BDF replied to BigOxley's topic in Passing Lane
This. I don't need a fast as fuck car but I demand a car with niiice highway passing abilities and point'n'squirt skills in traffic . One of the reasons why I keep driving Saabs -
Teaching 35 very different ability kids 7 courses a day plus writing IEPs, grading, and general teaching stuff...can make me go cross-eyed. So I unwind with my drive home. Traffic never makes me angry and just gives me time to reflect and take in the scenery then a shower as soon as I get home. Instant relaxation

The best I could manage was 54.4 first time ever. The tires had no grip at all. https://youtu.be/H11AYzIk3Xo I really tried to beat Clay but couldn't. Thank you so much again, Clay for letting me borrow your helmet

That was a blast! Consider me hooked! When I arrived, I definitely was the odd guy out. A Saab among BMWs, Porsches, Lotuses, Corvettes, Camaros, Mustangs, and a few more. Ha
