I hear you. I hardly listen to announcers during games anymore unless something happened that I don't understand (obscure rules or weird ones like Heuerman being ineligible in today's game on a play because he was "covered up").

Since the game has been set since last week with OSU and MSU playing in probable wins this weekend they sold pretty quick. I think I read that there wasn't much other than singles left very early this week. http://i.imgur.com/VwfJ8QK.jpg

Can't listen to people like Tim Brando. He had some hit piece against OSU or Meyer maybe before the season even started and it just removed any ounce of credibility he may have had before then. Even early in the Iron Bowl as they showed an update giving the final score of the OSU-Michigan game they were already politicking for a 1-loss SEC champion to move ahead of OSU because of the way The Game went. It's all good though. Beat MSU a week from today.

Still three unbeatens though. Ohio State, Florida State and... Northern Illinois. :gabe: But yeah, that was a fucking miracle in the Auburn game. I about died. I was more nervous and uncomfortable watching the 2-point play against OSU earlier today but I was actually more excited watching that Auburn player run free.

The computers will be close on having Auburn ahead of OSU (they didn't this past week which I thought they would) but the human elements (Harris and coaches)... I just can't see it. Should amp up OSU going into Indianapolis. First ever B1G title game for OSU, win and you're in the national championship game, etc., etc. Should have Dontre back and he'll be important but I do hope OSU gets Marcus back regardless of how well Elflein played in his absence today.

Absolutely cannot see a 1-loss team from any conference being put ahead of an undefeated team from another BCS conference.

Have read that Peppers wants to check out UCLA. Could just be a kid from Jersey wanting a nice winter trip to a sunny place. Don't think there's any reason to believe he'd come to OSU. OSU will be getting a borderline 5-star CB themselves when Marshon Lattimore from Glenville commits. As well as his HS teammate, 4-star S Erick Smith.

Going to be nice to see this team back on a fast track in Indy.

Going to see a lot of what we've seen the last few weeks now with the cold and windy conditions. But Michigan's defense is better than what OSU has been facing the last few weeks. OSU - 34 Michigan - 13 Edit: going to add that I think Meyer and Herman know they can win with the same gameplan as the last few weeks. It'll be tougher but thankfully Michigan's offense is abysmal so they know they can do it. Don't have to open things up or take risks. That'll come next week in Indy.

I was mad enough watching that Wisconsin game live when the refs completely robbed Wisconsin of the chance to win the game. But yeah, people have been posting the Colley Matrix stuff on reddit for a few weeks now and it doesn't exactly cheer me up.

PS4 had to lower the res for at least one game (Battlefield 4) themselves. Assassin's Creed 4 was lowered initially but had a patch to up it back to 1080p when they figured it out. Once developers get more familiar with the hardware both systems will be churning out nothing but 1080p games. I believe Forza 5 was the only game developed from day one as an Xbox One title and nothing else (games like Ryse and Dead Rising 3, while Xbox One exclusives, were originally planned as Xbox 360 titles) and it runs beautifully at 1080p 60fps. Haven't watched Boogie's video yet but looking at the comments/description I tend to agree with it. If all you're into is games and especially single player games, then get a PS4 and enjoy. If you like games, especially multiplayer ones, and lots of entertainment features in one then get the One. I don't have a great setup for my console and Kinect right now to fully take advantage of everything but the little bit I messed with it when I did have it set up more for the entertainment aspect was pretty cool.

No question. In a one game setting this team could beat either of them. What have you seen this season that makes you think they couldn't? On another note, 5-star LB Raekwon McMillan is announcing on December 16th at his school. Top 3 are Bama, OSU and Clemson. Has taken officials to all 3. Most people have felt he was an OSU lean for a long time but the commitment of 5-star DE Da'Shawn Hand in the past couple weeks to Bama has some people worried as those two struck up a bit of a friendship on the combine circuit in the early parts of their recruitment. People worried about the fact that he just came off his visit to Clemson shouldn't read into it that much. He's had this date in mind for a while because it's one day before or one day after the dead period starts so he gets to announce, not worry about coaches trying to contact him and change his mind and then enroll in January.

Last note on Florida-GSU... I think I pointed out or at least saw it pointed out that GSU was just as injury depleted as Florida. They were actually MORE depleted just straight up then MORE again when you consider they have 20 less scholarship players. Florida - 85 scholarships - 10 players injured/out Georgia Southern - 65 scholarships - 19 players injured/out

Urban said during his presser today that he "learned to dislike Michigan at a very young age." The next reporter pointed out that he actually said "Michigan" instead of "that team up north." Urban was surprised responding with... "I did? Wow. I apologize." Later discussed rivalry games at other schools, referring to BYU as "that team down south" and Florida State as "that team out west."

Pretty important that OSU is now 3rd in the computers. Everything is in line. Auburn was somehow 3rd last week so I was worried they would solidify their spot in the computers with the Baylor loss and have the potential to jump as high as #1 in the computers with a win over Bama.

South Carolina is not good. FCS Georgia Southern beat Florida by more on the road than South Carolina did at home. It's a rivalry game so you never know what to expect so I don't have any thoughts either way but I don't think South Carolina will be "handling" anyone anytime soon. OSU was 3rd in 2007 AFTER the Michigan game then West Virginia and Missouri lost on championship weekend and OSU magically became the #1 team in the country just one game removed from losing at home to Illinois. Florida was 4th in 2006 heading into championship weekend, behind OSU, USC and Michigan. USC lost to unranked UCLA and opened up the discussion of rematch or SEC champion. Back when the SEC was a normal conference and not the superhuman juggernaut it's perceived as today. So right now OSU is actually in better shape than either of those teams.
