Pics tomorrow I promise, but the first installment of WTF!!!!! is complete. Tomorrow it's off to visit with Derek for an alignment. It has gone from non-running smell turd bag, to shined up, stretched, poked, powder coated turd bag. Plans over the winter are 2.1L 16V high compression N/A stroker, more cleaning, and body work. I'm really working up to the idea of a carbon roof. The rake is a bit much for pictures, but it works in person.

Amazingly it does. That spare motor has a new belt and tensioner on it. I'll just use those. On a side note, still got that "kit"??? :ninja: Muuuuhhahahahahahahahahah

And Fin. Last thing to do is a final detail in and out, swap in a new Timing Belt and Tensioner from my parts pile to throw on. The original one has at least 1-1.5" slack in it with the tensioner all the way out. Pumped the nasty gas out. Well technically it was Turpentine, and E85. It ran like total arse Saturday night after I buttoned everything back up. As much as I tried to deny it when I had two of the plug wires wrong it bucked back pretty hard and jumped 2 teeth on the worn out timing belt. So pulled the timing cover, pulled the belt, lined everything back up, and 45 minutes later it was bouncing off the rev limiter easily. The motor mounts are pretty soft, but I'm not gonna worry about it. I've got Hockey pucks if I decide to stiffen it up. Off to Derek later this week for an alignment, and that's it. It'll get driven and put up FS or Trade. I've only bought six cars this year, and I'm starting to get that itch again.....

I think I can get away with just swapping the tail housing. Edit: I'm gonn need to build a new Driveshaft anyway. It can be a short housing.
