  1. Sorry man, I'm booked up with projects for the foreseeable future. Good luck. Just know that something like that will not be cheap. Just the raw materials will be hundreds of dollars. I sold one on Craigslist years ago that was my sisters in college. Think I got a couple hundred for it, but I know we had much more invested in the materials than that.
  2. I was surprised to see bikes and cars running side by side.
  3. I love my 8.1 in the Avalanche. Even with the trailer it will pass everything except a gas station. Keep a couple quarts of oil in the toolbox, they all burn a little.
  4. Thanks for the answer. I have no problem with the decision. A track day in the $50 per head range seems like the way to go. I know we would have trouble selling the spots at $150 per car. I would have to think about it at that price based on what I'm already spending to come out. If you put on top of that a personal day for a Friday like we usually do I would be out. Based on our attendance bonus at school, a Friday track day costs me $100 right off the top in the bonus I lose. So an extra $100 for registration would price me out of the event. I'm good with Kilkare. Can't wait for it. Thanks VERY much for putting it together. I know these kinds of events don't come together without a lot of planning and work.
  5. Just out of curiosity, what would the per car rate have been for trails for the same type of event?
  6. I do like the circuit board design. Maybe that on a gunmetal base so that it's pretty subtle.
  7. No experience with this scope, but I bet it would work well with your rifle. https://www.midwayusa.com/product/911064/vortex-optics-diamondback-rifle-scope-35-10x-50mm-matte?utm_source=hot-buy&utm_medium=email&utm_content=main-image-link&utm_campaign=vortex-diamondback
  8. Are the tracks giving you any crap about trapping over 135 without a chute? Are they even asking for a license since you're running faster than 9.9? Or do they just not care? Just curious since we're hitting a point where production cars are tickling the limits of starting to need significant safety gear.
  9. NICE! Can I try autocrossing the dragster and dragging the Avalanche?
  10. Not sure if this is a good option or not. Just saw it this morning on woot. https://sellout.woot.com/offers/luma-whole-home-wi-fi-router-3-pack-11?ref=w_cnt_cdet_sell_dly_img
  11. Thanks man! It's a little too big for the room, but it's comfy, the wife likes it, and the dog has been curled up in the middle of it all day.
  12. That'll work for us. When and where? I'll send you a PM.
  13. Tempted. My wife hates the couch we have. I'm in for dimensions as well.
  14. You could, but you don't need to. I'm sure I have an old power supply laying around. If I don't someone does. Order the fans from Amazon or wherever you want to get them. I can help you wire them. We can use the supply to power an LED light strip as well if you like. I have 30 or 40 feet of them I bought to install in my trailer. I'm sure I can spare a few feet.
  15. 1 fan, 99CFM https://www.amazon.com/Adda-AD1212US-A71GL-LF-Brushless-Tubeaxial-99-12/dp/B005T7IHLS/ref=sr_1_7?ie=UTF8&qid=1522867510&sr=8-7&keywords=brushless+pc+fan Another option would be to run more fans, but spinning slower to cut down the noise some. You might want to look into options to push air into the box, as an exhaust fan would be getting coated. Maybe that doesn't matter, maybe the fan is just disposable. If you're powering it off an old PC power supply, then some LED light strips would be easy.
  16. Do you have any idea what CFM of air you are looking to move? You can buy brushless PC fans. Running them off an old PC power supply would be easy.
  17. Welcome, love the project! Looks like a blast.
  18. Awesome man. Looking forward to seeing what you do with it. I liked the last Cleetus, but I get that some creature comforts are a nice perk.
  19. Bought this set from a friend years ago. We're remodeling right now and I'll build a new table when the renovations are complete. Kitchen table, 4 chairs w/o arms, 2 chairs w/ arms, leaf. The table top could use some love. It was cleaned with a scrub pad and the finish is worn through in places. This is how I got it, and we have used it this way for years. Table is a good size for 4, if you put the leaf in it is comfortable for 6. 21. I saw that in the video explanation too. That seems a little too simple to me. I'll bet there is more to the story than is being told. The place has been sitting empty for years. If they really locked in a multi year deal I can't see anyone shit canning it over 1 day. I call bullshit on that being the real reason.
