  1. Does anybody on here need help with a dog? Do you have a dog that jumps on people all the time, pulls you on a leash, barks at everything? Want to teach your dog some basic obedience? A lot of the trainers in Columbus sell “packages” which is great if you have $900 to spend on an obedience package but I haven’t seen anyone that offers just one or two things. So basically either you have $900 or you get nothing. I am not a full time trainer as of yet, but am currently working towards doing that full time in the future and am trying to find a way to acquire the funds to get my Master Trainer Certification from National K9. A lot of people that do the in home problem solving/training lessons charge $100/hour. I need to get the practice so I am willing to charge far less than that and if I am not able to do the job, it’s free. I am not a “vendor” that has my own business per say, just a guy that loves dogs, and wants to do it full time in the future, so I am trying to get practice in with as many dogs and different breeds as possible. Let me know if you are interested and if you want a demo or something, I can bring my dog to show what I have taught him so you know I am not full of crap. I would put a price but that all greatly varies based on your dog and what you need him/her to learn. PM me if you are interested. Thanks for looking. -Ryan
  2. Yeah, don't think I can compete with this guy...pick him.
  3. Snow is coming down and a transformer blew at my work...our whole corporate office just got sent home for the day with full pay! Yeah yeah!
  4. x3 I have 5 1/2 years experience in inventory control/purchasing and logistics for a $5 billion company. Have also worked retail in the past. Currently trying to get into training dogs. Let me know.
  5. Right on. From the sounds of it, this guy didn't really seem like he was ligitmately going to hurt/kill...but, I wasn't there. I also agree with not pulling the weapon unless you are fully prepared to take a life. The law is very clear about the burden of proof that you feared for your life/safety before you can use deadly force. I just hope I am never put in a situation where I have to find out.
  6. Edited for content, see below. Thanks. ~Admin
  7. Very nice so far. My wife carries a S&W 442 Airweight .38 snub. So easy to conceal. I had the same gun but sold it to get the Glock. Would like to get a quality 1911 but they are so expensive. Shot my broth-in-laws Rock Island Armory .45 yesterday...nasty. I am currently looking for a decent should holster to carry my Glock in. If anyone has suggestions I would like to hear them.

  9. That's the single stack .45 right? It's the Blacksheep of the Glock family as it's parts are not interchangeable with other Glocks. My buddy has a G30 and loves it.
  10. I am from Gahanna...screw those guys. They suck. They used to piss me off in high school. A couple of freshmen skateboarding by k-mart and they call back up! 5 cop cars necessary for 4 or 5 Sophomores? They have nothing better to do than harass people. Same thing with Westerville and New Albany.

    Snow Storm

    Hope we get 20 inches.
  13. Just got back from mediation. Surprisingly to his credit, he showed up with his girlfriend. Unsurprisingly though, he refused to refund me the money and the best he could do was offer to have someone fix the turbo (which he also claimed was perfect) for $60-$70,. I told him it's impossible to properly rebuild and re-balance a turbo in Columbus, and for that price. Even after I presented all the documents supporting his claim, and his guarantees, including his guarantee to refund me, he is still willing to go to court. So I guess that is where it is going.

bring on the snow! I hope we get 20 inches like we did 2 years ago and i can put my 4wd to use and make some money towing women and Somalians out of snow drifts.
  17. Wife's grandpa has on on his Glock. Definitely cool but not $300 cool for me. I just threw on some Trijicon nights sights and was done with it.
  18. Vance's will not sell to someone without and ohio state license.
  19. I hear good things about Sig's. Congrats. I am a Glock man. I carry a 23 .40cal. (Love this caliber) Hope to own a Sig one day.
  20. It is a White Sparkling out of California (Champagne). I had a bottle of 1999 Dom P on my wedding night which was a $170 bottle and I would much prefer this $20 bottle. Obviously you know your wife's tastes better than any of us (I hope that would be the case) but I say maybe you buy a bottle and try it first to see if you like it. My wife loves this stuff and I have to say, i enjoy it very much as well and I usually don't like any white wines. I found it at Whole Foods and higher end Kroger's that have a good wine selection. This is what it looks like. http://www.saratogawine.com/images/francis-coppola/04_sofia_btl.jpg
  21. Pagans...that's the only way they will learn. "You want to to be a wiccan...stay out of prison." Good motto.
  22. wedding or dating? Wedding-A night at the Lofts Hotel in Columbus, a nice meal and some drinks at one of the restaurants in the Cap, a bottle of Francis Coppoloa Sofia Blanc de Blanc (great for $20), then I am sure you know where to take it from there. Dating-kiss and an "I love you."
