  1. Sounds good man, you've got my number just give me a call and we'll get you taken care of. And thank you.
  2. Its been a little while and things have been a bit crazy over the last couple weeks but now that things are settling back down I figured it was time for a bit of an update. We recently finished our new oven and got it running about a week ago and I love it. The new oven measures 7'x3'x3' on the inside and can go to around 500 degrees. This now means that we have the ability to start coating some of your larger parts such as exhaust components, large wheels, axles, etc. One other piece that we got in the mail yesterday was our new coating gun, we are now using a hypersmooth pony setup that has been adapted to use an external fluidizing hopper. This gun is very nice to shoot and has greatly cut down on the over spray on parts. Last but not least here are some pictures of a few recent jobs that have come through our door. http://i200.photobucket.com/albums/aa158/turboking11/PandP%20Performance/powdercoating010.jpg http://i200.photobucket.com/albums/aa158/turboking11/PandP%20Performance/powdercoating012.jpg http://i200.photobucket.com/albums/aa158/turboking11/PandP%20Performance/powdercoating006.jpg http://i200.photobucket.com/albums/aa158/turboking11/PandP%20Performance/powdercoating003.jpg http://i200.photobucket.com/albums/aa158/turboking11/PandP%20Performance/DSCN0243.jpg http://i200.photobucket.com/albums/aa158/turboking11/PandP%20Performance/powdercoating001.jpg http://i200.photobucket.com/albums/aa158/turboking11/PandP%20Performance/DSCN0245.jpg http://i200.photobucket.com/albums/aa158/turboking11/PandP%20Performance/DSCN0241.jpg Enjoy, and stay tuned as we have just received our new chrome powder and will be shooting that on some parts shortly. Pics to follow.

One of the things i bought being an evo 9 turbo that is in immaculate condition. Might be worth a look. Also craigslist

  10. A little update on the build got the new seats and harnesses in, they are super comfortable for fixed back seats http://i200.photobucket.com/albums/aa158/turboking11/eclipse/DSCN0210.jpg Also did some powder coating on the turbo cover, intake manifold, and bov. In the pics they look a but mustardy but in person they are more of a gold color. Im also going to be doing the ic piping, intake pipe, and valve cover in the same color with polished accents. http://i200.photobucket.com/albums/aa158/turboking11/eclipse/DSCN0179.jpg http://i200.photobucket.com/albums/aa158/turboking11/eclipse/DSCN0180.jpg I also test fit my new manifold to see what it will look like, and i love it. This is a custom built manifold with a huge plenum, bbk 75 mm tb, and internal velo stacks http://i200.photobucket.com/albums/aa158/turboking11/eclipse/DSCN0198.jpg and here is the intake after i powder coated it. http://i200.photobucket.com/albums/aa158/turboking11/PandP%20Performance/DSCN0213.jpg and here is the bov after powder coating http://i200.photobucket.com/albums/aa158/turboking11/PandP%20Performance/DSCN0221.jpg thats about it for this update but i will be sure to post more as the build nears completion.
  11. For all the people that are interested in ceramics or any coating, please pm me or erik and it would help if you could include a pic of what you are looking to do if it is not something explicitly marked on our price list. Thanks
  12. we are in the process of building our bigger oven. But it is not done yet. The new oven is going to be 8'x4'x either 3' or 4'. havent decided that one yet. How big is the cage?
  13. All other fees and charges still apply to the normal coatings that are mentioned in our powder coating thread. This is simply to show the addition of ceramics.
  14. After some requests for high temp parts and research of limits of different coatings we have decided to go one step farther and pick up the equipment to do ceramic coating. Ceramic coating is able to withstand up to 2000* temps making it more desirable for turbo related exhaust parts and high performance NA exhaust pieces that will see extreme temps. The high temp coating we offer is rated to 1200* and that puts it right on the verge of failure on most of the above listed applications so we cannot guarantee that it will hold. It is for this reason we are now offering the ceramic coating. Attached is a new price list that will reflect the new prices for this service. If you have any questions or would like a quote on getting anything coated feel free to contact us. http://i200.photobucket.com/albums/aa158/turboking11/PandP%20Performance/pppricelist2-1.jpg
