I would leave it. I think the style is old enough that it is coming back. That paint looks to be in great shape. Why mess with it? You could spend a few grand to repaint it, then it might bubble or peel in a few. Something nostalgic about the airbrushing.

Tripleskate, I saw you there! You were quick in that thing. My neighbor has a speed 3 and takes it to Mid Ohio for track days. He was running around a 1:45 or so there! Fastest in his class for time trials with only camber plates, sway bar, brake pads and tires. So don't sell yourself short, those are great cars! What was your best time? I pulled a 95.5, which for my first time out was great! My longest time was 116 the first run in the rain. That one where I took out 5 cones at the finish (I filmed it) I got a DNF since I missed a gate at the beginning. I felt bad for you as I saw you run over to fix all of them.

I got another guy who wants to come! Put me down for 1:30. Actually the 12:30 slot you can change to Okemi, he just joined here about a week ago (my neighbor). So that will be 3 MR2's and a M3 that will be with me. No big HP cars, but it will be fun the same.

Went to the porsche autocross this weekend. Never been auto crossing before. Met up with Crossle in his Mr2 and Anson stopped by to watch. It was fun to drive, but a lot of standing around. It was a long course at around 95 seconds. I ran about average out of the cars at 95.5 with some subies getting into the 86 range. A few of the older porsches were doing 96+. I am surprised. For all the talk of racing here, especially drag racing (which I have not done) there seems to be little interest in this. I think that $50 for 3 pulls is a great deal. Usually most places charge like $60 for one pull then $20 for additional pulls (or similar). Have most people already done a dyno day? What gives?

Wow, that was a great video. You have an awesome set up for filming that with all the data that it gives you. You can see your braking, gas, G's, speed and place on the track. I like your lines through there too, that is super fast especially running the club course. What tires and suspension do you have?

I still find things with "Mr. Wade" written on them. Bill Keck is still there in the Ag dept. Your pens are no longer in the ceiling. Can't believe he let you get away with that. I told the kids they are out of the class with a ZERO if they shoot a nail anywhere but wood. It does ok. I have cut fresh green wood and it worked. If you have something super soggy like a brand new pressure treated piece, it will stop on it own (without firing the brake) and blink lights at you. Then you either use another saw or you can use the over ride key. The key lets you bypass the brake security system. You have to manually put the key in and hold it while turning the computer on. Never did this. You can also cut metal if you use the key.

We have one of those where I work. I teach the industrial arts program at Marysville and we picked it up about 2 years ago. It is a great table saw. The fence is solid, surface flat, blades are super easy to change and the guard believe it or not is the best I have ever used on a table saw. The miter gauge and stock blade were junk. Ours has been tripped a few times. Not from fingers, but grounding it out. I hit it once with a metal jig which grounded the blade and tripped it. Cost me $80 for a new brake cartridge. Seeing how 100+ teenagers use it daily, it is holding up very well. In the end it costs about $1,000 more then a table saw without it on the full size industrial model. I think the contractor version is around $700. Well worth the price. I have done some things I would never do on a normal table saw. I would never let a kid cut Dados on a normal table saw, but this one I will.

Not worth it. That thing is beat and was not taken care of. Neighbor just bought a '94 in mint shape for $8k. You will spend that fixing that thing up.
