  1. Been to Trails twice....once the prep was great (earlier in the event obviously so it was 'fresh') and the second time is was decent at best. First time had an open diff and second time had an LSD so I didn't notice too much of a difference but others I went with did.
  2. I trust you on that. I am really considering SMFG, not a huge risk at the cost per share.
  3. IE only at our company too. Shit sucks. IE7
  4. I am on a computer all day and follow quite a bit of stocks to track progress, my problem is not knowing the small ones. I follow stupid shit like Ford and Apple. My biggest mistake in my life (investment wise) is not buying Ford the day I logged in and saw it at $1.11. My dad was going to loan me 10k to buy it with a 20% profit share (all risk on me, I was 17 or 18, something like that) and I chickened out. I remember Ford topping out well above $14/share. I have been eyeing a few, SMFG and 'Herbalife' were identified a few months ago as top stocks to invest and I've been tracking. My money is tied up in a house in Canal right now. Until it sells I can't buy shit.
  5. Still a number of positions open...those who submitted applications should be getting calls very soon.
  6. Still too scared to get into trading...real estate is where I've found success and less risky (if you are smart about it). When my Grandpa (RIP) owned 17 Burger Kings back in the 70's he tried day trading (he was a millionare for a short time)...he told me at one point he lost 100k in a month. That was enough to scare me away. He quickly learned it wasn't for him and went and did other stuff. Some people are great at it, maybe I'll give it a shot some day.
  7. I went there for a conference last year for work..first off, you will have incredible time unless you gamble away your house. I stayed at the Venecian, which to me was a complete waste of money, but that is where my work booked me. It was $200+ a night and was amazing, but you are never in your room. You can go to any casino you want, so you basically just pay that much money to say you stayed there. I also went and saw Chris Angel....another huge waste of money, but still a good time. The drinks that you get for free while gambling are just that, free drinks. You tip a $1-$2 at a time and you get decent drinks, but nothing high quality (who cares). I spent $300 of my own money the entire time I was there, and it was all on gambling/alcohol. As others have said, get a bus pass. Get a whole day pass each day. It pays for itself in just a few short trips. The strip is amazing at night, but keep in mind it is a few miles long each way. If you are drinking you don't want to be walking that beast. I also ate at a place called "Seredipities" (sp?). AMAZING food and it was pretty cheap, like $15 for a huge meal (yeah that is cheap there). I got the steak sub with egg on it...it was probably over 2 lbs+ fries. Give that a shot for sure! Have fun man.
  8. Wish I coulda came Steve...sorry brother. You skip the gym, I skip the boarding. We both miss out on pain
  9. This reminds me of the story where some dude was killed by girlfriend because they put jumper cables on his nipples and did some weird shit. Imagine how you'd feel the rest of your life knowing you killed someone via nipple shock haha.
  10. I got my LC9 from Gander (I was there and figured now or never). Price matched down to $299. Love my LC9, ammo is decent priced and it's pretty accurate. Good gun.
  11. Warranty is big for me...AZ has a great warranty. Can't beat O'Reilley's customer service though, the Brice road store are some pretty decent guys.
  12. Can you fit 18" truck wheels? My Titan needs aligned and Monroe couldn't do it because the wheel/tire combo was too big.
  13. Any idea how long this will last with one tank of propane on low/medium setting?
  14. I love that place when I go back over to the west side...it's cheap as hell too. Anyone ever had Grapevine? Their pepperoni and bacon amazing. Pizza Cottage and Kingy's is great too.
  15. Beautiful welds to go along with a great build. Very nice man!
  16. That is actually an awesome price at the powder room. It is $10 a lane per person at OVO, but that is unlimited time. Considering I usually only stay an hour, my Fiance and I could go for $10. Good thing about OVO is that 9mm target ammo is only $11 a box. I'll have to check out Blackwing, they run a ton of ads on 97.1.
  17. X2 on member benefits....cost? I am only 15-20 minutes from New Albany
  18. The place attached to Pick n' Pull is good. Safelite is great too, just more expensive. I've had a few cars done at the place next to PnP, forget the name but they do really good work and are really quick. They do not come to you though, you have to go there. Good luck man.
  19. After a few months of debating what gun to purchase to conceal, I finally decided on a LC-9. Just filed for my CCW so I'd like to get some training in. I have put about 200 rounds through the LC-9 at Ohio Valley in Lancaster and it's a nice place, just seeing where others go to switch it up. My fiance lives in Powell and is near the Powder Room, anyone been there? I hear it is a bit snooty and they don't welcome beginners too much, but I'd like to hear other opinions. Open to discussion on any type of gun, but I am going for handguns.
  20. Beautiful car man. I've always wanted to go into a nice dealership dressed funny or like a bum with 50-60k cash and see if anyone helps me. Maybe someday.
  21. Truth...no one gives a shit who owns a gun. Overall just a stupid ass article.
  22. I just proposed 3 weeks ago (Dec 5th). Most nerve racking shit I've ever done in my life. With that said, I think the engagement ring was $2600 and the band was $700 if I bought them together. Walked out for around $3300-3400 after tax and that included both. Glad you got her something nice man. Good luck. Mine is already planning the wedding and we are doing June 2014.
  23. We got 2-3" in Canal around 1-3pm. Walked into the gym when it was just starting and walked out to my truck covered. Lame, not even half of what they were projecting.
  24. I don't see how this information benefits anyone. Are they supposed to track down the shooters by using this? Pretty dumb
  25. I used one place on Roberts road in Hilliard awhile, maybe Johnson machining? Can't remember for sure. Guy was old as hell and knew his stuff, but he was slow. Very fair priced. Once the block was built and blew up again (not due to machining), I had it re-done at Columbus Col-well because I needed it done quick. I thought they did a bit better than Johnson.
