  1. If you go without it being approved, just know that can be viewed as insubordination and ultimately lead to termination. Not trying to scare you, but that is the point of an approval process. If it were me, I probably would have emailed my boss prior to booking the flight and saying "hey, any update on my vacation request? I am waiting to book a flight and trying to save as much money as possible." Unfortunately, the only person at fault is you for booking the flight. Not trying to be a cock smack, but I can see HR (that is what I do for a living) telling you that they'll make efforts to accommodate but ultimately, the approval process is there for a reason. Is that a terrible viewpoint for long term retention? Fuck yeah. Does it sound like they care? Nope. Good luck dudebrohammerstein
  2. Chad, I'll be there tomorrow like we talked about.
  3. Definitely sucks, I grew up prime age with Mrs. Doubtfire, Flubber, Jumanji and Jack (my favorite). Terrible to see him go this way, suicide is no joke. RIP
  4. I had one of the very first Veloster's to come out in early 2012. It was an automatic (no idea why I did that) and slower than fuck, but I have driven a turbo'd one and they are a blast! I loved the layout of the car, nice interior, cool 3 door and it being a hatch was definitely a plus. I'd rock the turbo version in a manual, but my N/a automatic was terrible. I traded it in after 33 days and lost my ass on it, but I couldn't take how slow it was. Nice buy for 20k.
  5. Nice man, those are beasts. Just be careful, as what I am experiencing with my 04 Titan right now effects 04-06 QX56's as well. http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/showthread.php?p=1788236#post1788236
  6. I will see if I can locate someone with that type of scanner...it's just very tense driving this thing. It's a lot of vehicle to stop with ABS on dry pavement. Thanks for the advice man. I am 100% sure it isn't the brake booster. A brake booster certainly wouldn't cause an entire brake system to think the ABS should be on. It has to be electrical.
  7. Bad ass dude. You need a bigger TV though, ha! I know you have some serious money in that. Very nice.
  8. Update for anyone who is having trouble sleeping at night due to this...ha: It hasn't happened since this one isolated incident, but the "TDC" and "Anti Slip" light stay on along with the "Brake" light. When this incident occurred, only the brake light was on. I am still nervous as fuck to drive it, but took it on a 50 mile round trip yesterday to pick up my Pelotonia bike and it did fine. May just drive it until the wheels fall off as I only owe $2900 on it and pray for the best. It's 100% an electrical issue from what I have read. I'd love for it to be the brake booster, but I don't see that kicking on ABS out of no where. Thoughts?
  9. Hey Bill, I posted this thread awhile ago and it hasn't happened since, but it makes me nervous as hell to drive it. http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/showthread.php?t=118068&highlight=titan Have you ever experienced this or know a fix? I also need the exhaust welded back together, so maybe a combo package. The TDC and slip light stay on along with the brake light, but when the ABS kicked in (link above), it was only the brake light, Thoughts?
  10. I'll take 2 as well. I'll take a pink and a blue!
  11. That sucks man. I'd throw their crap away, you are paying the mortgage now.

    Pelotonia

Bump, come on guys! 100% of proceeds go to cancer research
  14. Is he handy? Just evicted a tenant last week and the place needs painted. Maybe we could work out a trade. And he can donate to pelotonia for me, ha!

Thanks Randy. Sorry about that. It doesn't look like the page above linked. It's http://www.pelotonia.org/bradclarizio

    Pelotonia

Hey guys, I have decided (on a whim) to do Pelotonia. as I just recently (this past Monday) joined L Brands. It is next Saturday (August 9th) and I haven't trained a bit, but I am going to attempt 50 miles. The cost is $1250 but my company pays half, so I have to raise the other $625! Anyone who would like 100% of their donation to go to cancer research at the James can sponsor me at: http://www.pelotonia.org/bradclarizio Please read my story and know why I have chosen to ride! Thank you for anyone who has the means and desire to support. I truly appreciate anything that you are able to given, even if it is just support. I realize many of you haven't met me on this forum as I am newly active (about a year), but just know that those who have met me can vouch that I'm not some choch trying to poach money. If you don't want to give, I 100% understand. But maybe there is one person on the site who sponsors someone every year that wasn't able to do it this year. That'd be worth this post to me. Thanks, Brad
  17. Thanks man, love that car. Just swapped mine to a Silvia front last night too. The car I bought as a Silvia donor needs some love before I sell it. Edit: His is a Kouki s14. My bad.
  18. Anyone? Gotta fix this thing befor eI sell
  19. Randy, I'm interested. Flexibility on price? I've got quite a bit of stuff I could trade too to help, just not sure of his needs outside of cows and farm equipment (which you know my setup, I don't have haha).
  20. Gorgeous house man...that's some awesome landscaping too.
  21. I'd bump that up $100 to $1300. Hilliard is renting like a man on fucking fire right now. I'd say you can get $1300 all day long. I get $1250 for a house in Canal Winchester (Groveport schools) that is similar.
  22. Haha shit son, bring that turd burglar slomaro over when you get it running and I'll show you the way a "powered by rice SkidRacer" takes care of that.
  23. Anyone have a parts S13? I need a windshield wiper set up (front and rear), sunroof lock piece (the latch) and quite a few other little pieces for the new 240 I just bought. Anyone?
  24. Don't worry guys, Steve has been pricing out projects since I met him 4 years ago. He won't be getting hurt any time soon lol.
  25. Until someone sues him for violating basic tenant rights haha.
