10 psi at idle may be okay, I would look at the oil pressure specs for that car.

About the same for me. I grew up on Shanahan rd about 1/4 mile from the tracks. Honestly you get used to the trains and don't notice them. On another note I bought my house last June. So a quick look on google it appears she is going to donate the money she raised (all but about 1000 to pay for travel expenses and the original er visit), and her goal was originally only 1500. S4? You can get a b8 in your price range, or a nice b6/7, just make sure the timing chains are already done if you go that route though. Both are likely a pain to work on though.

I've got an 05 Grand Prix that I've done little more than basic maintenance (had a couple coils go bad and an idler pulley lock up) in the last 50k miles. I'm working on picking up an 05 S4 to replace it because I want something less boring that I can shift myself. If auto and boring is okay with you, any gm 3800 will run damn near forever.
