  1. 2015 STi with equal length headers, top feed, e85 swap, 1000CCs, and upgraded pump with everything else stock made 311HP/375TQ up from the stock baseline of 220/220
  2. And as always the true question is, "How fast do you want to spend?"
  3. I agree, give an idea of what you want this thing to be and that will change things around. 350+ is certainly doable though I would definitely be looking at the crossover pipe or headers to make sure you are feeding enough air to a bigger turbo.
  4. http://jalopnik.com/shock-absorbers-are-so-expensive-because-kyb-has-been-f-1731409299 Not at all shocking for anyone who's been down this path, strangely I don't feel like that fine is very significant given the sheer amount of revenue they generate from sales.
  5. http://lanesplitter.jalopnik.com/i-see-your-kawasaki-h2r-and-raise-you-a-turbo-busa-1726692452 Can't even begin to imagine what this thing has to feel like riding.. and they are talking 300+ mph club?
  6. Ok ladies and whatevers, we NEED to see this car gone so let's try $13500. Want it? Have someone who might want it? The money we have tied up in this is slowing down other cool stuff from happening. If you know someone who might want it we'll give them the CR price also... AND give you a reward for selling it!

  8. Thing going in his favor is historically the GTs and the V6s shared almost everything so the exhaust shouldn't be all that tough to fit. A little finagling and you'll have a GTV6 rumble! Lowering springs are always excellent for the looks department, changes this attitude of the car and aren't TERRIBLY expensive. Brake upgrades will cost some $$$, true handling mods I would stay away from as they change those cars considerably and you may be throwing good money after something that will ruin your enjoyment of the car. I did a full suspension on my Mustang over last winter and with how tight I made it the damn thing felt like it was on rails but was not nearly as fun to drive. Just my .02
  9. Be interesting to see what that goes for
  10. Unfortunately most truly custom exhaust work will get you up to the same kind of pipe when you look into labor, stainless pipes, mufflers, all the trimmings. For the price of "exhaust kits" these days, it's typically a much simpler smoother and cheaper way to go. Unless you want to try and talk someone like Mad Hatter into doing it..
  11. Well that was fun, watched that at work while working on muscle cars. It's a good day!
  12. Have been down there several times, he's already cranking out 2-3 cars per day. New location is just down the road from us which is awesome. Has 2 2 post lifts and his Dyno up and running. Official grand opening is next month and includes a no weight limit bouncy house!
  13. Alright last chance before I put this thing up on the wild internets for the rest of the world
  14. Nick these are so GOING to be worth at least 10+ HP!
  15. Some of us turbo guys don't bitch about 1/8th mile
  16. But but... I eat hotdogs and free Ice Cream on Thursdays at Wholly Joes...
  17. Conservative = we didn't rag the hell out of it like the owners will?
  18. Trades aren't completely out of the question...
  19. I bet I know someone who does a lot of work on Subarus that probably has a discount on such things...
  20. Syclone won't be going for the sale any time soon. That thing and my stealth will spend the rest of their lives in the garage looking black and sexy beside each other. The only thing CTD did with this car was Eric S did the tuning and shot the video. Aside from that everything was done by us.
  21. It's certainly an eye catcher. Wasn't sure if we would like the golds on it but once we put them on, well, obviously they stayed. Amazing how much of a difference from stock trim to what she is now just in appearance alone.
  22. Figured I would post this here before letting it out to the rest of the world, time to clear out some room for more project cars! So, for sale is our 2004 Subaru Forester XT 4EAT as seen in the build threads if you want the back story. Car is currently sitting around 125000 on the clock though as it's being DD'd to and from the shop obviously this will change. As the shop car I've been driving for the past few months it will be a sad moment to see this thing go but alas you can't keep them all. Intake, turbo, exhaust, suspension, wheels & tires, tuned, etc etc... she's a very solid example of how fun these Forester platforms can be. Current tune was done at Covert by Eric S. however we were hobbled by an ignition coil that was dying. So currently power levels are slightly beyond what you see here. Asking $11,000 OBO And now, some photos. http://i1045.photobucket.com/albums/b452/LucoreRacing/Mobile%20Uploads/IMG_20150624_203012_263-1_zps4ny8i4pw.jpg http://i1045.photobucket.com/albums/b452/LucoreRacing/Mobile%20Uploads/Frankenwagen/18353907858_1c64212813_o_zpsnioylpfc.jpg http://i1045.photobucket.com/albums/b452/LucoreRacing/Mobile%20Uploads/Frankenwagen/18697767486_4e3de5c6e6_o_zpseln5am7k.jpg http://i1045.photobucket.com/albums/b452/LucoreRacing/Mobile%20Uploads/Frankenwagen/18719271932_3ca08d54cf_o_zps3kcktyc9.jpg http://i1045.photobucket.com/albums/b452/LucoreRacing/Mobile%20Uploads/Frankenwagen/18719303222_8d36462421_o_zps29ng33vf.jpg http://i1045.photobucket.com/albums/b452/LucoreRacing/Mobile%20Uploads/Frankenwagen/18724362525_e08c2bc594_o_zpsyriplrbb.jpg
