If 20 people were ready to sign up, why didn't they? been sitting at 51-52 registrations left since thursday.

I don't know why people insist on waiting until the last possible second to do anything.

I know of a few people who wouldn't come due to the way the rules are listed. People want to build a fast car and put zero effort into safety.

If we didn't postpone it, we'd have to cancel it anyways due to lack of interest.

 

can I ask how many cars it takes to make this work out?

I've got 4x LT265/70R18 Michelin LTX off a 2500 truck. 8/32+ tread. One has some bead damage from someone mounting it before, but has held air for over a year with no issues.

Every CR track day I’ve ever been to, I made as many passes as I wanted. Didn’t matter if it was street tires or slicks.

 

also fwiw, many people wouldn’t go at all if there wasn’t a slick lane. I’m bringing 3-4 cars and I wouldn’t go. PITA to get the cars to the track just to spin.

 

+1 to this. I've driven 4 hours each way to events only to have people ruin the track prep with street tires. Total shit show.

 

Wouldn't be so bad if people didn't feel the need to do a burnout every time on street tires.

no idea. I don't make a habit out of dropping guns. Has an open upgrade through sig if the buyer wanted to send it in.

I don't watch any motor trend videos on YT. I've had on demand subscription since they announced it. Well worth the 5-10$
