You need to get more information on why it has become salvage a title. 2k in damage doesnt total a Jeep that books for just over 20k. Its possible that it was a theft recovery after 30 days. Insurance pays out on theft at 30. Ive built quite a few in my time, and copart is the place to buy them from.

Ive never seen the car but here is what I can tell you. Car was involved in a light hit. Caught the cover, hood, and headlamp assy. Pushed just in behind the cover. No frame damage...Too high for that. Car has been repaired with appropriate blends. Paint was a half shade too dark. Shows up in pictures but looks good in day light. That can be a tricky color...Ask me how I know. Did I get it.

If something is shorting out your meter wont turn. Had this happen at the shop. Melted a lug inside the meter, and the shop continued the circuit through the air compressor. Pretty neat to walk in a only have half the shop light up, then when i fired the compressor up the other half lit up. Edit: Sounds like you got it JJ.
