I absolutely agree with you... mostly. However, you get what out of it what you put into it. I go to PF b/c its stupid cheap and there was a location close to work and home (i moved recently). There are some annoying things, like lack of a regular squat rack, lack of regular bench press, 'fixed weight bars' didn't go very high (maybe 60lbs?). But for the most part it was always empty when I was there during daytime and non-peak hours, and even the rare occurrence I went during peak hours it was still manageable. But the "judgement free zone" is bullshit, basically its judgement free as long as you fit their mold of who should go there. I cant carry a gallon jug of water b/c its somehow against the rules? bullshit. oh and don't ever touch the free tootsie rolls.

This particular apartment complex offers "free cable and internet", thus they have a contract with TWC to supply all the units. In said contract no new tenants are allowed to move in with an outstanding balance in their name. Hence why it was such an issue. The apartment manager was willing to work with me as much as possible but his hands were tied, so that was my dilema.

Had this been the first instance, or simply a mistake then yes. But he has taken advantage of my other siblings for years and never suffers any consequences, I refuse to just sit back and eat the cost this time.

Brother opened a Time Warner Cable bill in my name without my knowledge from 2008-2011, left an unpaid $358 bill and it went to collections and then on my credit report. Low and behold I'm moving into a new apartment, they find it on my credit report, said Apt Complex has a contract with TWC and thus no new tenants may have an outstanding balance. I HAVE to move by the 30th of this month, I could file an ID Theft claim with TWC but the process would take weeks to be resolved. After a lengthy text argument my brother said he would pay me back if I paid the bill (which he probably wont) so I moved forward, paid the bill and am now in the process of moving this weekend. I'm not naive, theres a 90% chance he wont pay me so I need proof that he said he would. After I'm settled with moving I will consider if I want to file a police report and take him to small claims court. Keep in mind I'm not the only member of the family he's taken financial advantage of so its nothing new to him.

Does anyone know if/how this can be done? I need to print an entire text message conversation onto paper (or just into a word document of some sort) to keep for my records. Cant comment on the atmosphere inside but I travel around there frequently and despite building extra exits on 71 traffic is still a mess everyday. My brother works there and lives walking distance and says if he leaves work AT 5pm it can still take him up to 25 min to drive 2 miles. Something to consider, not sure how flexible your schedule can be or if you can do a 7-4 you can avoid alot of headache.

Most of my family are die hard liberals and they're in love in Bernie. The few times I have heard him speak he seemed ok but he has come out as saying the second ammendment should be all but erased that no citizen's have a need for firearms at all (not a direct quote). Other than that, thats all ive heard of the guy. I like Ben Carson but his delivery is just so.... slow. its almost frustrating. When i purchased my Tacoma it had a hard toneu cover already installed (painted to match too). At first I wasn't sure if i would like it but I have grown to love it. I can leave my hockey bag and sticks back there and out of the weather and the few times we've gone camping its come in really handy. I do miss not having an open bed, i think if I were to buy a different truck i might look at the Truxedo brand, they seem to have a nice product from what I've seen. I've always been told to stay away from the snap on soft covers.

What proper maintenance are you reffering to? I usually just keep the washing machine door open when not in use but was unaware there was actual maintenance other than that? wo dont have any smell/mold issues with our LG front loads though? Sorry to high jack your thread.

I would vote for a high speed / semi-high speed rail that connects Cinci / Cbus / Cleve (maybe dayton?) before I voted for any sort of light rail system in cbus. the construction alone would take 10 years and the city simply isn't big enough to support it. So we're going to tax a guy who lives in Reynoldsburg and works in Westerville to pay for a light rail system that he will never use? makes sense.

Great job! I started lifting again when i read this thread months ago. I'm only down 15lbs (6' 240lbs - 225) but I have a lot more muscle definition, strength, and stamina. Now when I play hockey i dont get tired by the second period and my leg/core strength is way up. Ideally I would like to get to 210ish but I know exactly what it requires, diet and watching my caloric intake and thats the toughest part. I actually enjoy going to the gym and slinging weights but now you're telling me I cant have any sour cream on my chipotle burrito?! fml

This. Benefits more than just better sleep aswell. My brother has sleep apnea, uses the machine and is also a good 50lbs overweight. He swears by the machine and says he cant sleep without it now but even he admits if he lost weight it probably wouldn't be neccessary. He did say that machine is really expensive and not all covered by insurance. The part of the CPAP that 'sits on the floor' is the resevoir for the water, the air being pumped in is humid to avoid drying out your sinuses. Of course this could be different in different models thats just what i've seen. That being said, I have a friend who is a nurse at a sleep study center. She explained it that they basically monitor your status while you sleep, and more than likely give you ambien to get you to sleep.

Just a heads up, if you see a big blue "chep" or "chef" pallets they are usually worth more so someone might care if you decide to take it. Not sure what you plan on using it for but a lot of places wont care if you decide to take the smaller, cheaper pallets. Goodluck.

Exactly. I don't understand how they judge boxers and award points, it seemed like Pac was the aggressor most of the fight and held the middle of the ring pushing mayweather into corners. Boxing as a sport can be fun, but when its this grandiose ... its a waste of time.
