I tried to go to LEPD once, two months after their scheduled open date. i walked right in and the guy looked at me like I was crazy and said, "well we're not open!" .... excuse me, how could I be so mistaken by the fact that your opening was suppose to be two months ago and the front door to your GUN SHOP WAS OPEN AS WELL. Regardless, I have yet to try their range so i will give them another shot no doubt (no pun intended). As for firearms prices, they are pretty much the only firearms retailer in that area of the city so i wouldn't be surprised if they taxed their items a bit more.

Bump, some pretty good deals for someone contemplating getting into the sport or just replace some gear (I have a pair of Vapors that have lasted me FOREVER). highly suggest it. Even if you have never put a skate on ice before go for it. i have played 10+ years, currently playing sunday C2 East. I got back into inline a few years back then said 'fuck it', signed up for a low D level team (there was no E league yet) bought some gear from play it again and HockeyStop and went for it. I have made life long friendships through the game and cant recommend it enough. If anyone needs help finding a team let me know. there's always a guy who knows a guy who needs a guy to have a complete roster.

$296,337 At this point it is pointless to argue about his boss's wife, boss, the food they cook, his shift, the long commute, his lack of transportation, or his lifestyle.... Because all of that will change. For someone use to living on so little he might as well retire on 300k

looked like a good show, how many seasons has it run so far? im stuck on Shameless now.

Moo Moo Express anyone? .... crickets -
Same here. I made a few new years resolutions, two of them were to pay off whatever credit card debt I have left and double my savings account. This will give a step in the right direction for both.

1. My suggestion is to try and be a presence in the kids life as much as possible. offer to babysit, take him to the park with your gf or mom or something. Just be around. 2. Honestly, its a matter of time before the boyfriend/baby daddy gets in trouble again and thrown back in jail. you could probably expedite the matter quicker by reporting him to his PO but either way, he's a loser and he's going back to jail. 3. NOTHING annoys me more than to see people abuse the system that I / regular people pay for. My brother does the same shit and i can barely be in the same room as him. His ex wife did similar gov scams (though not as in depth as your sister) and she eventually got in some deep shit with the IRS. As shitty and annoying as all of that is, none of it will be enough to get her kid taken away. 4. Its REALLY hard to CPS to take a child away from a family, I've seen it. That being said if what you say about drugs in the same house is true you should do something immediately. Put it this way, what happens if someone tries to rob them or whatever illegal drugs are inside the home? Do you think they care about the 6 month old kid?! That kid is in direct danger every minute he lives with them. If I read your previous post correctly, your mom is afraid of your sister?! Have you talked to your sister at all? honestly she doesnt sound like the type of person would would listen to reason but shit.

oh I totally understand that aspect of it but Crosby is/has been paraded around as some sort of 'face of the league' for a few years now and out of 12 years has played in ONE ASG. I guess it just irritated me that it was such a blatant bullshit "injury" (night before he plays 23+ minutes and shoots in the OT shootout) that he obviously just doesnt care or doesnt think its worth his time. As for the festivities we had a blast, both at the skills competition and the ASG itself. Ran my fastest 5k time saturday morning, then went back down early saturday afternoon to bar hop before the skills comp. Capped off the entire weekend with a picture with Barry Melrose and Dan Bylsma (originally we just asked Barry but Dan was just sitting there like a sad puppy so we asked him too). Everyone we talked to said Cbus did a great job promoting and executing the weekend which was pretty cool.

sidenote, I dont get how/why these atheletes want to get out of the all star game festivities so desperately? (speaking mostly about Crosby who is the most recent call off) Yes I understand they work and this is a rare few days off in the middle of the season to 'recharge their batteries' but jesus you play a fucking game for a living and you can't be bothered to take some photos and sign some autographs as fans fawn over your mere presense?

BlueJacketsNHL has a snapchat account, on their 'story' they have a bunch of videos from the fan fair. It actually looks like a good time and I wouldn't mind taking a crack at some of those "skills" games (the two i saw were for shot strength/accuracy and stick handling). Not sure what it costs but if it gets you a pic with the stanley cup its probably worth it.

Anyone heading downtown this weekend? I played on the outdoor ice this morning and it was a good time. Have skills competition tickets and vip bar passes for some bars in the arena distrtict so really looking forward to it.

You definitely had a better viewing experience than i did. Older guy and his wife walk in 10 minutes late, literally struts across the first row obstructing view for everyone in the small Arena Grand theater. A few mintues later takes a picture on his cell phone of the screen, than 10 minutes before the movie ends he struts out again. Afterwards my buddy and i saw both he and his wife walk into another movie that was just starting. Top that all off the lady next to me is giving her own commentary for every scene, hate that. Other than that I really enjoyed the movie. I feel like it was less of a 'war movie' than it was a story being told about someone. Without posting spoilers I think they aced the end. Had they given it any more screen time it would've taken away from the rest of the movie. And those scenes at the very end had to be real. Place was silent for the ending credits but i did hear some people getting choked up, understandable.

As for the original post, both my gf and good friend have Jeep GC's. Like someone said before, big on the outside but not so much on the inside. I really like them and have driven my gf's '12 GC Overland (gas) a few times and it was comfortable and solid. knowing on the baggage (literal not figurative) that comes along with a kid I would think they would be a bit small on the inside for one, let alone multiple kids. Either way, Sounds like a really nice Jeep you've set your mind on. Take some pics when you get it.... in the spring

Has anyone heard of this place? I read about it a few months ago and totally forgot about it until a friend and I were talking about getting into word working as a hobby. http://www.columbusideafoundry.com/ Looks really cool and i thought more than a few members on here would appreciate it. I've already seen a few woodworking classes I wouldn't mind trying as well as some welding / metal working and 3d printing stuff, and sewing... because everyone should know how to sew.

I thought i was the only one who played the older COD games still. I have yet to buy the newest one and not sure if i would spend the 40-50$ for something i wont play all that often but damn I remember playing GTA back in the day and it was so much fun. I should just buy that.

The button on top turns off the microphone. It kind of looks cool, but i feel like its one of those gadgets that people will but thinking they will use it all the time and end up never using it at all.

I had packages arriving from multiple different locations so honestly i couldnt tell you. I wasnt in any rush so i selected whatever was free/cheapest delivery option which i think was 5-6 business days but some items arrived the next day anyway.
-
So last weekend i set aside the entire weekend to go shopping for all of my gifts (8 neices and nephews to buy for plus the gf and some others), I would've had to waste an entire weekend driving from store to store TRYING to find something acceptable. Instead I spent an hour and a half on amazon and got everything done. I've been getting deliveries all week, still waiting on one that was delayed but they sent it next day air to make up for the delay and should arrive tomorrow, oh and I got a USPS package TODAY. I was tempted to purchase Prime but this was the first time I have used amazon extensively. I can probably see myself using it more in the future though, so fucking easy to just order it all and get the package in the mail. Now all i have to do is wrap this junk.

My ex still goes to PF, just a different one. while we were dating we would go to the same PF, she would always wear these fucking yoga pants.... JESUS LORD THESE FUCKING YOGA PANTS.... and I would use whatever treadmill was behind her just to watch her ass bounce back and forth as she ran. I broke up with her but i'll always have a special place in my heart for those FUCKING YOGA PANTS. (dat ass doe) I should go to her PF just to catch a glimpse of those yoga pants again. /topic

Regardless of what vernacular you use, the officer in the Eric Garner case choked a man to death on a city street with dozens of witnesses around. He had both the element of surprise and the advantage of more officers than suspects, there was no need to use such an aggressive tactic on a suspect for such a petty crime. While I fully agree with the Grand Jury decision to not indict Officer Wilson, I think they really dropped the ball in NYC. Step back and look at the situation (without considering race if thats possible), a man was selling tax free cigarettes on a city street and as a result of the NYPD's reaction he's now dead, John Adams would be rolling over in his fucking grave. While we as a society give law enforcement a lot of power to use such measures to detain criminals, we also hold them to higher standard and rightfully so. The officer in question utilized a technique ("LVNR" you call it?) and b/c he did so incorrectly a man is dead. He should be held accountable.

I'll be the first to say I dont feel I have resorted to any sort of attacks, only asked where you received your information, and why you feel that way? that being said... I see the point you are trying to make and my reply to that is that we as a society have granted law enforcement the power and ability to not only defend themselves but to defend us from the people meaning to do the public harm. In granting such authority they have the power to use JUSTIFIABLE deadly force. That is what happened to Michael Brown. You Reap what you Sow. The frustrating thing is I see your argument and on a lot of cases i would even agree with you. I just think Ferguson is a losing battle, and a terrible example for what you're trying to communicate. That being said.... There are cases out there that are much better to display police brutality and abuse of power that simply aren't getting the kind of traction on news channels as Ferguson.

I'll admit I use Plant Fitness. And I secretly hate the "judgetment free zone" that attempts to discourage people from lifting heavy weights and working out how they want to work out. its a judgement free zone as long as they're not the ones being judged right? bullshit. I don't ask for a lot when I work out. Free weights, a rack, a dip/pull up machine (b/c im weak) and a treadmill to finish it all off with but this place is a joke. I continue my membership there b/c its $10 a month.... 10 FUCKING DOLLARS. I live in dublin, the next option is $79+ at lifetime fitness (plus one time bullshit fees). Anything further and i wont be motivated to go when Im in a rush (which is always). Anyway, to the OP, this is the cheapest you will find anywhere. They thrive on finding people who want to "lose a few lbs" but secretly know they will never go to the gym and continue their membership on the principal that "hey someday I might"... whatever.

I saw a random episode on HBO two weeks ago, found it on HBO OnDemand and binge watched the entire series over the last week and a half. I think its great and really wished it would last longer. The writer/creator said in an interview they have one huge advantage in writing the show and that is hindsight. They can write about "breaking" news on the show that we all know what the real story line was b/c it happened months or even years ago (the offshore oil rig explosion episode, the real story was capping the well not the missing workers). Great show regardless.
