wow I had no idea. My brother lived in this apartment before I took over the lease and he said he attempted to get dish network but was told that his apartment faces the wrong direction and that they would have to mount the dish either on a big pole on his deck or on the roof which was a no-go. Not sure how expensive installation like that would be either or if i would want to spend that much. thanks for the heads up though.

I was going to read it until i saw all the warnings. I have to admit I almost read it out of a curiosity of how someone could look at such a young person and want to do anything sexual?! how the fuck does that get in your head?! I hate stories like this b/c they seem almost unbelievable but sure enough it happened. Hopefully none of those kids will remember anything.

I couldn't quote my internet speed but its whatever the "middle package" is. I have standard cable. No HD channels, no pay channels and my bill is exactly $130 a month. I really only follow a handful of shows (SOA, Justified, Walking Dead, Mad Men, Breaking Bad, etc...) and watch Hockey and football on occasion. If its a big game I usually go out with friends to watch it. The only thing I will miss is CBJ, but I've considered purchasing NHL's center ice package. They're flexible on price so I would get a discount considering we're a third of the way through the season and I can watch live streams on different devices not just my tv. Plus I am almost positive every game is in HD, which I'm not getting now. I looked on WOW's website but there were no price quotes for just providing internet. I was really hoping to keep the cost around $40 and under. I have netflix that I watch through a smart blu ray player that works great, would probably consider purchasing hulu and other services if they're just as cheap and STILL save a shit ton of money every month.

Uverse is ridiculously expensive for what I'm getting and I'm tired of paying for it. I'm going to get rid of cable and just have an internet service provider. I've heard good things about WOW anyone have any experience with them? Any other provider's out there I should look at? Thanks in advance.

Just because someone wants to be reimbursed for their property and health care cost's doesn't mean they are greedy or "sue happy". You're right it was an accident but an accident that was the fault of one individual and thus he should be held responsible. Nothing wrong with that. Worst part is he'll probably be experiencing pain for weeks. Back/neck pain can be horrible and persistent. Glad you got out with your life but its still going to be a painful recovery.

That's really cool and interesting what you're doing. Just curious, what is the amount of waste Carbon Dioxide like compared to more traditional ways of power production (burning fossil fuels, nuclear, etc...)? And is Bloom thinking about marketing a smaller, more compact unit that could power a single household?

Delivery fee's typically don't go to the person actually doing the delivery. Usually if i order a pizza I ask the store if they charge a fee and I'll be blunt about asking if that fee goes towards the driver, the answer is usually no and therefore I tip. I heard a good explanation of it earlier, if you're in the position choosing between an extra buck or a few extra dollars what does it really mean to you? As in, if i order 15$ of food is an extra 3$ really going to break me? I've always tipped well, you pretty much have to be the worst server ever for me NOT to tip you. In addition to that, if something is wrong half the time the manager will come over and comp it anyway, in that case I'll still leave a tip unless its horrendous. And yes I tip on carry out orders, however its usually a lot less than what I would tip a server in a traditional sit-down restaurant.

Saw this car parked at a body shop off 5th ave this week. Is it a kit car by chance? its ride height seemed really high for some reason. Then again it was at a body shop so maybe they were doing work on it?

There is an Under Armoure outlet store at Jeffersonville now, good prices on t shirts and shorts, they're golf stuff was only marked down 10-15$ but still decent. From what i could tell there was nothing wrong with any of the clothes. There is also a Nike outlet there but i never shop at Nike.

We stayed with the same company 2 years ago however it was my whole family so we had like 13 people in one cabin. Compare the price with hotels and it was alot cheaper. That area is definitely more kids/family oriented for vacations and thus some things were a bit expensive but we all had a lot of fun i would definitely recommend it.

How old is your step-daughter? I think it's important to know at what stage of her education she is at. I have a close friend who decided to home school her youngest son but my friend is extremely intelligent as are most of her kids, she saw a lot lacking in the public school her kids attended and often volunteered to help teachers and tutors in her free time. I assume would assume shes going to get out of it exactly what you guys put into it, if your daughter just wants an easier way out then maybe you should warn her you'll have high expectations for her if she is home schooled?

I've never heard of an explanation for your first questions but forensic investigators did say that the position of Martin's body and bullet path/entrance/exit wounds (assuming there was an exit wound) were consistent with Zimmerman's story that Martin was on top of him when he fired his weapon. In the NFL's case the argument is not that the player knew the risks but that the league knew the inherent risks with brain damage as it relates to quality of life after they're done playing. Now if the player's lawsuit can prove that the league knew the risks of prolonged head injuries and DIDN'T inform the players then they have a case. Personally I think you have to be a complete moron to not think that having multiple concussions wouldn't lead to serious health problems later on in life, then again professional athletes aren't usually the brightest individuals either. That being said, I've played hockey most of my life and I love the game but I don't think I'll encourage my child to play. Concussions in hockey are much more frequent than in football, but ultimately I will let my child decide what he wants to play.

I was in two leagues last year, won both but honestly most of it was rookie luck. Drafting RG3 late, huge seasons from megatron, Gonzo, and chicago's defense. Is the CR league a pay league? I might be interested. We did an online ESPN draft but we all met at a local bar with our laptops, that was actually a good time bullshitting and drinking afterwards.
