completely 100% agree, 20k in debt is alot but nothing that should bury you in bankruptcy. Read up on Dave Ramsey there have been people in MUCH worse positions than you that have gotten out of it after making some changes. Your wages shouldnt be garnished as long as your paying something. And as for the car payment from Toyota, yeah hindsight is 20/20 but you should've never stoped paying on something you had, regardless of whether or not the payments were showing up. At the very least you save your payment confirmation numbers and if they say you didnt pay you can shove it in their face but obviously that time has come and gone. Ive had my jetta for almost 5 years and i still have every single confirmation number from every single payment ive ever made. Look at it this way, your in a fight and claiming bankruptcy is the equivalent of giving up. Dont give up, thats the pussy way out. You can try selling it via cosignment? I know for sure that powder room does it and am pretty sure Vance's does aswell. Then take what you make from the sale towards a gun in the store? Ive seen some good deals on cosignment im pretty sure you get to set the price of your gun and they just put it in their case.

I see your point but for people who drive trucks of SUV's that have to fill up more than just once a week, not to mention when they DO fill up its north of 80/90$ it makes a difference. it only costs me $40ish to fill up my jetta and even with driving to class and work and hockey i only have to fill up once a week.

Last time gas went up to $4+ my buddy did this. bought an Escalade only a few years old for like $12k got a rediculous deal. he's single and doesnt live far from work so he didnt care about gas prices. My jetta will be paid off by sept and i'll be keeping it. if something comes up....like a Ford 250 or Cummins dodge or something big like that, i might jump on it and just use it sparingly.

I have a g26 and while its not big, it is alot bigger than an lc9. I'd love to get an lc9, i think it would be alot more concealable than a glock26. Ive seen guys wear lc9 on their belt and with the right holster it doesnt even look like a gun.

The way i understand it is no store will pay you in that situation. You can just use your "overage" to purchase another product, say steaks for example. The way i was taught to do this was simple. Only buy items that are both on sale and you have a coupon for, majority amount of the time they wont be free but they'll be discounted heavily. Mind you i have a shit ton of coupons for laundry detergent but even when they're onsale they're still not cheaper than the 1.99 purex so fuck that i still buy the purex. My sister went shopping recently and got like 30 boxes of cereal b/c they were .30 each or somthing crazy, i wouldnt do this but she has a family of 5 and they're looking to adopt so its more understandable in their situation.
