Interesting the only other person Ive heard of getting that much made most of his earning's under the table and claimed 4 dependants on top of that. I think one year his return was as high as 12k. Of course they are fucking horrible with money and blew it all in less than a month.

I agree with most of what your saying but it should be clarified Arenas didnt technically "pull a gun" on anyone. He took out 4 unloaded handguns and put them in a teamates stall telling him to "pick one". Arenas is kind of a gun nut which im ok with but you have to be a hell of alot smarter than that especially considering your at work and you in the District of Columbia which has the strictest gun laws. Im assuming his teamate was interested in buying a gun and Arenas was showing him different models maybe?

I had a chance to hold the two side by side, I much rather prefered my Glock over the xd subcompact. For some reason the xd just felt "top heavy", as in the slide felt alot heavier than the Glocks, of course the xd has a slightly 'taller' profile so maybe thats it? thease were both comparable models too. Again, personal opinion of course.

Odd, i feel the same way about that car. Wish i never would've sold it. It was the "smart" and "grown up" thing to do at the moment but I still miss it.

HOLY SHIT, $10k!? I usually get around 800-900$ I thought about changing my dependants but i take the risk of oweing at the end of the year just to get a little bit more in each paycheck doesnt seem worth it. Oh and as for what im going to do with it, probably pay off my cc from all the christmas gifts i bought.

Believe it or not Im going to have to disagree with you on this one. I remember growing up as a kid/teenager thinking "how the hell am i gonna do all of this, the job, making a home for my family, shit even having a family, school, career etc...." Now that im actually growing up its easy. So, to me at least, growing up is kind of fun... for now As for cars, its a hobby just like going to the gym or watching hockey. A hobby i follow and really enjoy but its just a small part of the big picture. Its like if you had to prioritize everything in your life where would your automotive hobby be? In the top 5? Top 10?

So are you asking for an investment strategy or what each of us would do? Personally I'd buy a small home, pay for school out of pocket rather than student loans, purchase a truck and a bike along with some other misc toys and still have money left over to save. I might day trade a bit but not with a signifigant amount of money in case i do in fact lose it all.

I have. Though I have never owned a "fast" car im too much of a tightwad to ever justify dumping tons of money into one. When there's so much in life to look forward to and do besides cars its kinda hard to justify spending all of your time and money on one really. Someday I want to buy a house, have kids, save for their education and pay off my own but that doesnt mean Im not a 'fan' of cars it just means im growing up i suppose... damn that sounds depressing.

Ive tried teaching him the basics of shooting but he wont really listen. He texted me "theres something wrong with the gun or the clip", i kinda roll my eyes but he tells me the guy at Blackwing took a look at it n said the gun was fine but the magazine might be faulty (which i HIGHLY doubt but what am i gonna say/do?). Im gonna try shooting it first before we do anything else. Oh and i have a Glock 26, the first time i shot it with my ccw instructor it jammed, i freaked out thinking the round would explode in my hand (yeah i know), he told me to quite being a pussy and hold the gun. Hasnt jammed since.

Last year is last year, a win is a win. My girl's a huge steeler's fan and her slutty, whore friend is a big cinci fan so trust me i had to hear it all.
