I only got to see the highlights on NHL channel but how in the hell does do the officials justify a quick whistle when they "think" kipprusof has the puck (I will concede the ref's view was probably blocked but all the more reason to hold off the whistle until he's sure) but at the end of the game they sit there and let that asshat Iginla do a hack job on Mason's leg for a 3-4 seconds?! If your going to do something, good or bad at least do it consistantly. Either way Im absolutly thrilled at the win, im not sure on the point's standings b/c i think Calgary has a game on us but I think that puts us on top of the western conference.

Its just me for a while so i doubt i need something with large capacity but something to save on water and energy wouldnt be bad. If i buy something chances are it'll be on the cheap. I had a family thing to go to so didnt have time to check it out other than cleaning up and turning off the water. We'll see, if its something easy i'll try and figure it out if not appliancemart it is. If anyone is selling somthing on the cheap let me know.

It took 27 post before someone became the voice of reason. Sell your mustang, buy a nice regular daily and bank the rest of the money then shop for a fast car after your insurance drops to a decent rate. Why drop all this money into something your going to get bored with after a season or two of driving? Chances are you'll get a few more tickets and your insurance will get so rediculous you wont be able to afford the damn thing anyway.

Brass has been silent so far (ok ok its only been three games but hell i expected something more i guess) but i was anxious to see how this line would play tonight. Damn how did you swing that?! Im paying 100 for 2 tv's, the "mid-level" internet and no HD channels/pay channels. Though i am about to call and complain, sometimes it freeze's i hate that. My brother had TW in the apartment im currently living in before i got here. The lag time between channel's was so irritating i dont know how he put up with it for so long. Even after moving to his house in delaware its still a big problem. Andy Im with you on the interface, i like most things associated with it. However I have yet to really try out any HD channels or hockey games just yet (Im usually not THAT picky when it comes to HD but seeing a hockey game in HD is a HUGE difference). I just bought my 42in plasma (720) a few weeks ago and it looks pretty nice but not "amazing" by any means. As for Nitrousbird's horror stories on the installs, I can relate. When they finally got around to coming by to install the guy warned me that if he couldnt run the line through the phone jacks (yes thats what he said) he might have to run a new line and hide it under the dasher board of the wall. To be honest I was still half asleep when he was explaining all of this it neither made sense or made me happy i just told him that if it was a shitty install and there were going to be wires everywhere he can pack up his shit and leave. Other than that the install was pretty good

Typical wild/jackets game. alot of shutdown defense and a low score but at least we got the W. Umbie's shorthanded goal was a beuty, and rusty Klesla signing an extension before the game then making the game winning goal, very nice. Im excited about this season, we've never had a team so deep with which the game winning goal can litterally come from anyone and not just nash.

Absolutly right on the Gustavsson call but not so sure i'd agree on they're young talent. There are more talented young clubs out there than the leafs (ie, Columbus, St Louis, LA) But one thing is for sure the Leafs are gonna be a hard hitting club this year, lots of fights lots of checking. Hey they may lose alot this year but at least they'll be entertaining to watch right? I just heard about this on the radio earlier and was shocked. It actually seemed like the selling off of half of GM's brands was going, dare i say... smoothly with all of the other brands finding new owners and none simply had to put up a closed sign and lay off a few thousand employee's, this is real sad.
